Who we are

Originating here in the UK, BTS Spark is the social impact and education practice of BTS, a global professional services firm which specialises in supporting organisations to develop their leaders and build the people capabilities to deliver effectively on their strategies. Our mission at BTS Spark is to help education, public sector and non-profit leaders do their best work, building stronger organisations and a better world. Our focus is on the human side of leadership, helping leaders to flourish in their roles, to empower and unlock the full potential of their teams and to enhance the impact and influence of their organisations. We bring deep understanding of the education and non-profit sectors together with the top-tier leadership expertise of an award-winning global company.

We provide expert 1:1 leadership coaching, powerful group experiences and learning journeys and bespoke team and organisational development programmes, all designed to enable profound and highly impactful learning experiences. Our 1:1 coaching is delivered virtually, with group programmes delivered either in-person or virtually. To date we have worked primarily with schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts, but we are now actively seeking to grow our work within higher education and the non-profit sector.  Whilst most of the work delivered by our UK hub is with UK-based organisations, we also deliver programmes elsewhere in Europe and manage several of our international programmes.
