Our Commitment to Inclusion
We believe everyone is capable of great things and are committed to providing a recruitment process built on equality, fairness, and respect. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age. We also encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every single requirement listed, particularly those under ‘Desirable’.
We are committed to building a diverse and representative team. Where lawful and appropriate, we may use positive action under Section 159 of the Equality Act 2010. This means that where candidates are of equal merit, we may give preference to a candidate from an underrepresented group, where this is a proportionate means of addressing disadvantage or underrepresentation.
