Who we are

Nottingham Community and Voluntary Service (NCVS) supports, connects and champions Nottingham’s voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.

Our vision
A thriving, strong, connected and influential VCSE sector improving lives across Nottingham.

Our work is shaped around four strategic priorities:

• Capacity and sustainability: building stronger VCSE organisations.
• Voice and influence: giving the sector the representation it needs.
• Collaboration and partnerships: connecting organisations and systems.
• Community impact and transformation: supporting stronger communities and positive system change.

We deliver this through volunteering, sector support, networks, research and insight, place-based programmes, training and consultation, community engagement and strategic partnerships.
