Who we are

Striving For Independence (SFI) Care Solutions has been delivering professional care services across London and the surrounding areas since 1994.

We are a values-led provider of supported living, home care, day services and — more recently — children's residential care for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex needs, and physical disabilities.

We work in partnership with the people we support, their families, and a wide network of health and social care professionals to design care that is personal, practical, and genuinely empowering. Whether someone is moving from hospital to community life, transitioning from a family home, or living independently for the first time, we help make that journey safe, dignified, and fulfilling.

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do. We invest in their training, their development, and their wellbeing — because the people we support deserve a team that is well-led, skilled, and supported to do their best work.
