Our culture and values
Being in hospital can be hard.
We want to change this.
By joining the charity, you will be part of a small, nimble, and ambitious charity team, whilst also being part of an ambitious NHS Trust, which touches the lives of people of all ages across a large part of East Surrey and West Sussex.
We strive to be a high performing team, and to increase the positive impact which philanthropy can have across our hospitals. We know that often former patients or their families want to give to say thank you, or to help others who use our hospitals. Our role is to make it easy for them, and to ensure donated money has the biggest positive impact it can.
