Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership

Core Expectations

Fundraising Commitment:
Every board member must actively participate in fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, and sponsorship drives.
Each member is required to make a personal monthly donation to the organisation (amount optional but meaningful). -

The Role
As our Finance Trustee, you will take the lead on establishing Urban Youth’s financial systems, controls, and long‑term financial strategy. You will ensure that our governance, reporting, and financial management are robust, transparent, and aligned with Charity Commission expectations.
