Job description
At WAY, our Changemakers are a diverse group of young leaders aged 12–25 who combine their unique passions, skills, and lived experiences to tackle youth issues and drive lasting community change. Through weekly collaborative sessions, they design and deliver high-impact community projects from the ground up.

Our Recruitment Process

- Introductory Chat: A friendly call for us to get to know you and chat about your passions.
- Enhanced DBS Check: A standard safety and background check to ensure a safe environment for our young people.
- Induction & Training: Come and join a taster session, complete your induction with one of our Young Leaders, attend Safeguarding training and have a quarterly 1:1 with the Project Lead.
