Now we’re looking for a Head of Youth Programmes & Impact who can help shape, lead, and elevate the programmes that power our mission — from Employability to Health & Wellbeing, Personal Development, Life Skills, and more.

This is a leadership role with heart, hype, and purpose.

We want someone who is:

• Passionate about youth empowerment, social mobility, and community impact

• Full of energy, creativity, and ideas that feel modern and youth‑driven

• Experienced in programme design, delivery, or youth work (formal or informal)

• Confident leading teams, supporting volunteers, and building partnerships

• Excited to create spaces where young people feel seen, valued, and unstoppable

What you’ll actually do:

• Lead the development and delivery of REMIX’s youth programmes

• Shape pathways in employability, wellbeing, life skills, and personal growth

• Build programme structures that feel fun, accessible, and culturally relevant

• Support volunteers, facilitators, and youth leaders to deliver high‑quality sessions

• Track impact, outcomes, and stories that show young people rising

• Work closely with the CEO to grow REMIX’s reach and deepen our impact

• Bring fresh ideas that reflect the voices, needs, and dreams of young Londoners
