Job description


Position: Marketing Volunteer
Club: Kenningwell United Women’s Football Club (KUWFC)
Location: Remote / South London
Commitment:Up to 3 hours per week

About Us
Kenningwell United WFC is a non-profit women’s football club competing in the Greater London Women’s Football League. As part of the She’s Got Skills collective, we are dedicated to promoting women’s football, wellbeing, and community engagement.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Volunteer to help promote our club, attract new players and supporters, and boost our local profile. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in sports marketing and supporting grassroots football.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for club activities, matches, and events
- Create engaging content for flyers, newsletters, and online platforms
- Help grow our audience and promote the club within the local community 
 
- Liaise with club staff, social media, and journalism volunteers for consistent messaging
- Work flexibly and independently, contributing up to 3 hours per week

Requirements
- Keen interest in marketing, communications, or promotions (students/hobbyists welcome)
- Good communication and organizational skills

- Creativity and ability to generate content ideas

- Familiarity with social media, email marketing, or basic design tools (desirable)
- Enthusiasm for women’s football and community sport
