If you a parent or carer who has turned to Charities for help or support then you'll know how important their services were to you when your child's needs couldn’t be met elsewhere. 

Maybe you are an Events Coordinator looking to make a real and positive difference and looking to support a Charity using your skills.

Duffus Community Foundation exist to make a positive difference to children & young people's wellbeing and resilience. Our mission is to create a future where every young person has the opportunity to thrive, supported by a community that nurtures mental, emotional, and social growth through a range of tailored activities.

We cover the following London Boroughs; Sutton, Merton and Croydon.

So that we can continue running our services, supporting young people and their families, we need to generate unrestricted income of £20,000 in 2027 through 6 events. We have a plan of how we achieve that. We just need you to make the plan happen.

You will be in charge of creating, developing and implementation plan of up to 6 Fundraising events between January and December.

The Board have agreed what the events will be and when, so your role will be to coordinate all the activities leading up to, on the day and after the event for each. This being a major part of raising unrestricted income for the Charity in 2027.

Your project management and planning skills need to be your strength.

Being a completer finisher, your work will help the Charity to continue delivering vital services within the Community.

With an eye for details, able to meet tight deadlines and bringing all elements of event management together, your success will be felt by all the beneficiaries and supporters of DCF.
