About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Personal Assistant to support our CEO with day-to-day responsibilities. This voluntary role offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience working closely with a busy CEO, supporting both business and personal commitments, while building valuable skills in executive support and leadership administration.

While this position will initially be unpaid, there is strong potential for it to develop into a salaried role as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive diary and inbox management for the CEO.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.

• Assist with the preparation of agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.

• Act as the first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.

• Support with ad hoc personal tasks and lifestyle management, as required.

• Undertake general administrative duties, including filing, expenses, and record keeping.

The Role

Help us grow a purpose driven platform supporting UK causes through meaningful campaigns and exclusive experiences. We’re looking for a creative and organised volunteer to help manage and schedule content across Influential Stars’ social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

This job share role would suit someone who:

• Loves social media and storytelling • Enjoys planning and organising content • Understands engagement driven content • Can work independently and proactively • Wants to use their skills to support meaningful causes What you’ll help with: • Scheduling and planning content • Maintaining content calendars • Creating and posting social content • Community engagement and replying to messages/comments • Helping share campaigns and creator stories • Supporting brand consistency across platforms Flexible remote role.

Approximate hours

Can vary depending on campaigns and availability. This job holder will work with one additional team member.

Previous experience managing social media accounts and scheduling content across platforms is essential. We’re looking for someone confident working independently who can proactively manage content with minimal supervision. Although this is currently a volunteer opportunity, Influential Stars is actively growing with the long term aim of creating paid opportunities in the future. Job Description

Kent Sexual Assault & Abuse Service is dedicated to providing safe spaces where survivors of all forms of sexual violence across Kent and Medway, can access the high-quality, trauma-informed, specialist practical and therapeutic support that they need to recover from the impact of sexual violence and rebuild their lives. Having won and mobilised the Police & Crime Commissioner Kent Wide Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)and Trauma Therapy contracts in April 2026, we are keen to extend our trustee board to ensure high quality, robust governance for our charity and support for the KSAAS team during this time of expansion. 

Key Functions of the Trustee Board Include:

• Ensuring compliance to KSAAS’s governing document (constitution), charity law and any other relevant legislation and regulations.

• Providing robust, evidence based strategic direction to KSAAS in collaboration with KSAAS Management Team, by reviewing the mission, vision, values, goals, targets, performance and the long-term strategy of the charity.

• Ensuring effective and efficient operation of the charity through oversight of the policies, procedures and systems.

• Ensuring that KSAAS pursues its objects as set out in its governing document and applies its resources exclusively to the pursuance of these objects.

• Ensuring the financial stability and accountability of KSAAS and protecting and managing KSAAS’s funds, estate and property.

• Ensuring KSAAS robustly meets all safeguarding requirements.

• Using any specific skills, knowledge or experience to help the Trustee Board to make sound decisions in the best interest of the charity.

Knowledge and Skills

The knowledge and skills that are beneficial to our charity are included in the recruitment pack, but in particular, we are keen to hear from individuals who have experience of business management and development, human resources, finance management, fundraising, marketing and communications, IT, social media, ISVA or counselling work and safeguarding.  

Commitment

The time commitment of a KSAAS trustee is estimated at 2-4 hours per month, comprising:

• Six 2 hour board meetings per year (normally online in the evening, but some in person in Canterbury with prior arrangement)

• Attending the annual general meeting (AGM)

• Time to read and reflect on board papers & AGM Papers

• Attending an annual trustee away day and occasional training sessions

• Attending subcommittees when required

Role and Purpose

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and socially confident individual to help Influential Stars maintain a warm, visible and engaging presence across its social media platforms. As our Volunteer Social Media Engagement Assistant, you will interact as Influential Stars with Creators, Collaborators, registered causes and supporters.

You will respond to comments, acknowledge tags and shares, engage with relevant content and help ensure questions and opportunities reach the appropriate team member. This is primarily a social media engagement role.

Routine content creation, planning and scheduling are not core responsibilities; however, experience in these areas would be advantageous, as there may occasionally be opportunities to provide support or cover by mutual agreement. Your main purpose will be to help people feel noticed, valued and connected to the Influential Stars community.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor comments, mentions, tags and relevant messages across Influential Stars’ social media accounts. ● Respond to comments in the approved Influential Stars tone of voice. ● Thank people for sharing, supporting, nominating or engaging with Influential Stars. ● Engage regularly as Influential Stars with registered Creators, Collaborators and causes. ● Like, comment on and support appropriate posts shared by members of the Influential Stars community. ● Engage regularly as Influential Stars with appropriate content shared by registered Creators, Collaborators and causes, including posts relating to live and upcoming campaigns. ● Help members of the Influential Stars community feel noticed and supported through consistent, meaningful interaction. ● Identify potential Creators, Collaborators, supporters and causes through social media engagement. ● Direct people towards the relevant Influential Stars information, registration page or support resources. ● Forward enquiries and potential opportunities requiring further action to the appropriate team member. ● Immediately escalate complaints, safeguarding concerns, payment questions, confidential information and any other sensitive or complex communications. ● Monitor for spam, inappropriate content or suspicious activity and report it to the relevant team member. ● Keep accurate notes of enquiries and follow-up actions where required. ● Share useful feedback, common questions and engagement opportunities with the wider team. ● Contribute ideas for improving community engagement and strengthening relationships across social media. Desirable ● Interest in digital marketing, social media, communications, PR, charities or fundraising. ● Experience carrying out social media engagement on behalf of a business, charity or organisation. ● An understanding of how engagement differs across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. ● Experience with community management, customer service or online relationship building. ● Experience creating, planning or scheduling branded social media content would be advantageous.

Previous professional experience is not essential.

Full training, guidance and example responses will be provided.

Working Arrangement

● Fully remote volunteer position. ● Flexible hours to fit around studies, employment and other commitments. ● Typical commitment of approximately 15 hours per week. ● The hours should be spread across the week, with regular short check-ins to maintain consistent social media engagement. ● Availability to attend our weekly online team meeting on Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. ● Ongoing support from the Influential Stars team.

As a registered Collaborator, you may also be eligible for:

● A £25 referral reward when a Collaborator you introduce goes on to refer a Creator who successfully completes their first qualifying campaign. ● A 5% Collaborator Thank You from Influential Stars’ platform share when a Creator you personally introduce successfully completes their first qualifying entry-based campaign.

These payments are provided by Influential Stars and never reduce the guaranteed amount donated to the charity or personal cause.

 We are seeking a proactive, confident and relationship-driven Volunteer Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, approach and onboard potential affiliate partners, collaborators, businesses, agents, talent managers and professional networks that can help expand the reach of Influential Stars. 

 This is a telephone-led outreach and appointment-setting role, supported by email and online communication. You will make initial contact, explain how organisations can get involved, establish whether there is genuine interest and arrange introductory appointments with the appropriate Influential Stars team member. This is a relationship-led role rather than hard selling.

 Key Responsibilities 

 ⭑ Research and identify suitable affiliate partners, businesses, collaborators, agents, talent managers and professional networks ⭑ Make introductory outbound calls to potential partners ⭑ Explain the Influential Stars opportunity clearly and confidently ⭑ Establish interest and whether the opportunity is a suitable fit ⭑ Arrange qualified introductory appointments with the appropriate Influential Stars team member ⭑ Support onboarding of new collaborators and affiliates ⭑ Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and introducers ⭑ Encourage ongoing engagement and participation ⭑ Maintain regular communication to nurture long term partnerships ⭑ Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding ⭑ Provide clear information about roles, expectations, and opportunities ⭑ Maintain accurate records of outreach and partnerships using our CRM management system ⭑ Follow approved contact, data-protection and direct-marketing procedures ⭑ Represent the organisation professionally in all communications 

 Skills and Experience Required Essential:
