MHFA England are seeking a Non-Executive Director with expertise in digital transformation, AI and emerging tech to assist in agreeing and supporting MHFA England’s strategy, ensuring the delivery of our overall purpose and mission as a social enterprise.
The Non-Executive Director will ensure the human and financial resources are available to achieve MHFA England’s objectives by providing expertise and guidance.
Reasonable travel expenses are covered.
Principal duties
- Overseeing the delivery of MHFA England’s strategy and performance
- Protecting the long-term sustainability of MHFA England
- Safeguarding the reputation of MHFA England
- Representing MHFA England at collaboration and network events, and contributing to the development of organisational relationships
Person specification
- Board-level experience in one or more of the following:
- Leading organisations through digital transformation and organisational change.
- Understanding how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are reshaping learning, training, skills development and customer expectations.
- Providing strategic challenge on the effective use of data, CRM, digital platforms and customer insight to improve engagement, retention and organisational performance.
- Experience overseeing the implementation and optimisation of digital platforms, including websites, CRM systems and learning technologies.
- An awareness of economic and political changes that may impact MHFA England
- Sound judgement around corporate governance, financial strategy risk, and opportunity
- A commitment to social enterprise and MHFA England’s values and culture
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills

Ucan Enfield Ambassador
What You’ll Do
As a UCAN Enfield Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in helping people find out about and engage with the UCAN project, which promotes healthy lifestyle changes through free exercise, nutrition and wellbeing sessions. You’ll help support sessions on the day and raise awareness in the community.
You will:
- Attend UCAN exercise or nutrition sessions to take the register and gather feedback from attendees
- Represent UCAN at community events or groups by helping to set up an information stall
- Talk to members of the public about UCAN and help them sign up
- Input register or sign-up data into the CRM system (training provided)
Skills You’ll Use or Develop
- Friendly, confident communication with the public
- Ability to use simple digital forms
- Reliable, organised and a good team player
- Willingness to learn and follow data protection guidance
Time Commitment
Flexible – ideally 2–4 hours per week
May include weekdays or occasional weekends depending on events and session schedules

The NIAS Creative Campus' Events & Digital Administrative Assistant will support the smooth operation, promotion, and growth of the Creative Campus venue.
The role exists to assist with the administration, marketing, and delivery of events and programmes hosted at the venue. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in venue operations, digital promotion, social media marketing, event coordination, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for an energetic and organised individual who enjoys working in a creative environment and is interested in gaining practical experience in events management, digital communications, and creative venue operations management.
The position will work closely with the Venue Coordinator, supporting day-to-day venue administration, event preparation, online promotion, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities (You will gain practical experience in two or more of the listed areas)
1. Venue Administration Support
Support the venue coordinator with the day-to-day administration of the Creative Campus venue.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming enquiries and bookings
• Maintaining venue booking calendars
• Assisting with venue hire documentation
• Providing reception and guest welcome support
• Assisting with record keeping and administrative tasks
2. Event Operations Support
Assist in the preparation and delivery of events hosted at the venue.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
• Welcoming event organisers and guests
• Supporting performers, speakers and facilitators
• Assisting with ticketing and guest registration
• Helping coordinate volunteers and temporary event staff
3. Social Media & Digital Promotion
Support the promotion of Creative Campus activities across digital platforms.
• Updating Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
• Creating posts promoting upcoming events
• Capturing photos and short videos during events
• Supporting WhatsApp marketing to regular guests
• Assisting with Eventbrite and event listing updates
4. Website & Digital Content Management
Assist in maintaining the Creative Campus online presence.
