Help deliver library books to people across Wolverhampton who are unable to access library services.
Role Responsibilities:
• Collect library materials from a designated library and deliver them safely to clients’ homes.
• Follow a set delivery route one day per week, with each session lasting a maximum of approximately three hours.
• Report any concerns about a client’s wellbeing to the Coordinator for further assessment.
About You:
• Hold a full, current UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points) and have access to your own car (mileage expenses covered).
• Be friendly, approachable, positive, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment:
• Volunteer 1 day per week (hours agreed) for a minimum of 3 months.
• An enhanced DBS check is required (arranged and paid for by the organisation).
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Plus, we'll reimburse your travel expenses (fuel or bus fares, car parking), so volunteering won't cost you anything but your time.

Volunteer-led East London Waterworks Park won a 2024 NLA award and raised £2m towards buying the 14-acre Thames Water Depot (Lea Bridge Road) to turn into a new biodiverse park with natural swimming, forest schools, and community spaces.
We are looking for service designers to participate in our community-led working group who are leading improvements in our collaborative social infrastructure. Meetings are every 4 weeks on a Tuesday evening on Google Meet with remote tasks.
What are we looking for?
1. Service Implementation: Expert in design methodologies, ecosystem mapping, visual concepts, and prototyping. Translates insights into tangible service improvements.
2. User Research: Experienced in behavioral research, ecosystem context, and facilitating co-creation workshops to drive innovation.

women facing crises or challenging situations.
Wolverhampton Baby Bank is a flagship project run by The Women & Families
Resource Centre, a registered charity supporting families with children aged 0-3.
Through donated essentials and community engagement, we provide much-needed
items such as:
• Essential supplies for babies and toddlers, including nappies, wipes, clothing, toys,
and bedding.
• Support services for new parents, including drop-in groups and befriending for
pregnant women and new mothers.
• Referrals and resources to connect families with additional community services.
Scope and Span
The Remote E-Commerce Volunteer supports the Baby Bank’s online sales operations by preparing, managing, and optimizing product listings from a remote location.
This role focuses on editing photos, writing product descriptions, managing online listings, and supporting digital sales processes to help items reach the right buyers and generate fundraising income.

This role manages E-Commerce Volunteers and ensures that listings are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards. The Team Lead also monitors performance, pricing strategy, and workflow efficiency.
