Job description

our new podcast, The Beautiful Reality of Autism, features interviews with parents of autistic children, autistic people themselves and specialists and thought leaders in the world of autism.

Our aim is to give families with autistic children inspiration, guidance and hope in their journey of bringing up their autistic children.

We are looking for a data-driven, empathetic, and creative Podcast Growth Manager to turn our audio content into a global movement.

The Role

The Podcast Growth Manager is responsible for expanding our listenership, deepening audience engagement, and ensuring our message reaches the families who need it most. You won't just be "marketing" a show; you will be building a community. You will sit at the intersection of content strategy, digital marketing, and community advocacy.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase podcast audience reach and engagement
  • Analyse listener data and feedback to optimise content and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with content creators to plan, produce, and edit audio and video materials using Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Oversee video editing projects to produce promotional clips, teasers, and episode highlights.
  • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite tools for designing graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
  • Manage translation and localisation of content for bilingual audiences to broaden reach.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing or related roles within media or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Excellent video editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
  • Background in journalism or related fields with excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, with fluency in at least two languages preferred.
  • Experience in translation services or localisation is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through multimedia content. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to drive podcast growth through innovative content creation and strategic outreach efforts in a collaborative environment.
