This is your chance to shape the operational backbone of a pioneering movement from day one.
THE MISSION
At MINDSET Charity, we don’t just talk — we act.
We are building a non-clinical, proactive platform focused on personal growth, self‑improvement, and practical mindset development. We give men the space to be open while equipping them with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (VOLUNTEER ROLE)
We are seeking a strategic, organised, and hands‑on Operations Director to build the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that will power MINDSET Charity’s growth across London and the UK.
You will be the engine that turns our ambitious vision into a structured, scalable, and impactful reality.

Oversee administrative, legal, and operational functions across the charity.
Create efficient workflows, documentation, and systems that support our growing volunteer teams.
3. Shape Program Delivery
Work closely with the founding team to design and operationalise action‑based outreach programmes, workshops, and wellbeing tools.
Ensure programmes run smoothly, safely, and consistently across all locations.
4. Drive Growth & Expansion
Lead the operational logistics behind establishing our physical presence across London.
Support the development of our digital infrastructure to expand our reach nationwide.
5. Support & Coordinate Teams
Recruit, organise, and empower volunteer teams across multiple departments.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and purpose.
WHY JOIN MINDSET?
1. Real Impact
Be part of an innovative charity at the very beginning — shaping its systems, culture, and national footprint.
2. Build Your Legacy
Gain top‑level operational leadership experience while contributing to a meaningful social mission.
3. The Brotherhood
Join a passionate, supportive network committed to changing the conversation around men’s wellbeing.
WHO WE NEED
A proven operator with experience in charity operations, business management, project management, or organisational development.
Someone deeply passionate about men’s wellbeing and personal growth.
A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment.
A structured thinker with a “let’s get it done” mindset and strong attention to detail.
READY TO MAKE HISTORY
If you have the drive, structure, and operational expertise to help build MINDSET Charity from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
