About the Role:
In addition to the statutory duties of a Trustee, the Treasurer Trustee provides strategic financial oversight to support the organisation’s sustainability and effective governance.
The role is responsible for advising the Board on its financial duties, the implications of strategic decisions, and ensuring that appropriate financial policies and procedures are in place. Role Description
As a Project Coordinator (PC), you will be a key part of the Summer Team, supporting the smooth operation of EPAfrica’s in-country summer programme. Key Responsibilities
• With guidance from the Project Manager (PM), support our team of Project Associates in their school placements, including:
* Monitor project progress and guide Project Associates to address any issues as they arise

Help the RAF Museum make its photograph collection available to the public.
What is the role?
The RAF Museum has acquired large collections of photographs showing aviation at the end of the 20th century. Help is needed with the digitization and cataloguing of the collections with the aim of getting them online. It is also hoped these images can be used in the new exhibition being prepared for the RAF Museum’s Midlands Development Programme and will add value to the project.
The RAF Museum’s Midlands Development Programme MDP comprises a major regional engagement programme supported by a new collections hub, learning centre, contemporary exhibition and co-curated interpretive interventions across the site.
What will I be doing?
This role will involve tasks such as
· Sorting the collections and storing in conservation grade materials,
· Digitization of the transparencies and negatives,
· Cataloguing and indexing of the images,
· Filing the digital images according to Museum policy and updating the digital asset management system,
· Providing images for the team developing content for the new exhibition at the Museum’s Midland site.

About the Charity
From Me to You is an inspiring charity dedicated to alleviating loneliness and isolation for people living with cancer. We make connections for people living with cancer through the simple, powerful act of letter writing easing loneliness and bringing comfort, hope and human connection, one letter at a time. Recent feedback showed that 93% of our letter recipients reported the letters lifted their mood and a quarter said that they made them feel less alone. Each year thousands of anonymous letters are collated by our team of volunteers and then given to patients at home, in hospitals or cancer centres by nurses and our charity partners, with 80% of recipients saying that our letters made them feel cared for. Our work is powered by a passionate community of volunteers, in 2025 with their help we processed over 17,000 letters from all over the world, delivering them to cancer patients throughout the UK.
Our Donate a Letter programme supports our 2,500+ volunteer letter writers to contribute anonymous letters, some people write a couple of letters a year, others one a week. These letters are all delivered to our PO Box in Ascot. They are then sorted, read and processed by our wonderful team of local Donate a Letter volunteers which this role would be a part of. These volunteers also then repackaged and redistributed the suitable letters to cancer patients through our partnership with hospitals, cancer centres and other charities that act as distribution partners.
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable volunteers to support our Donate a Letter programme by undertaking the letter reading, processing and packaging tasks from the comfort of their own home.
This role can involve collecting the letters from our PO Box, reviewing donated letters to ensure they meet our content guidelines and packaging up the letters ready to be sent to individuals living with cancer in their home or through our outlet partners.
Our volunteers play a vital role in helping us deliver safe, thoughtful and uplifting correspondence so this is a vital role to the charity but it can be very flexible so can suit volunteers needs and time allowance. Volunteers for this role are all based within the area local to the PO box so there is opportunity to undertake this volunteering with others but there is no requirement to do this. You will receive all the training you need to confidently fulfil this role, training would be in person or online with our Founder Alison and would include reading letters together to identify content issues and will be supplemented with written resources including a fact sheet on the do’s and don’ts of what letters can contain.

Read donated letters to ensure content is appropriate and in line with charity guidelines

We are looking to appoint someone with leadership qualities and high motivation, initially
to join us as a trustee in June and then to take on the position of Chair in November. In
close co-operation with our dedicated team of trustees and inspirational director, you will
be guiding our charity through the next phase of our journey. This is a very exciting
opportunity to play an important role in the development of Aid Box’s strategy over the
next 5 years and to oversee the deepening of our charity’s impact on our community,
made possible by our recent move into our new home.

We are a charity based in Bristol and for nearly nine years have been providing vital support, supplies and sanctuary to men women and children seeking asylum in this city. You are welcome to come and have a look at the work we do by visiting, by prior arrangement, our Welcome Hub and Free Shop.

We will provide practical support, principally through our deputy chair, along with a full induction programme including the legal framework and other key areas such as safeguarding. About this role
We are looking for new trustees to join our board to fill vacancies.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with our high impact team. You’ll help the organisation to increase understanding of the challenges facing people in Wales, help to develop effective solutions and keep the charity on course.
The usual term of office of trustees is four years, with the possibility of another four-year term thereafter.
Trustees do not get paid, although reasonable expenses for travel may be claimed.
About you
We are looking for people who are passionate about improving the lives of the people of Wales, and who want to make a difference by generating insights that help to change public policy and practice.
Trustees come from all walks of life – there are no specific qualifications or experiences we require. However, applications from people with fundraising or senior leadership experience, or from people fluent in the Welsh language, would be particularly welcome.
We want our board to reflect the breadth of Wales’ population. We welcome applications from everyone, but would particularly like to hear from younger people, people from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and people in north and west Wales. We’d also welcome applications from people working in front-line roles with people on low-incomes.
Don’t worry if you haven’t had experience of being a trustee or board member before. We will offer you support and training to help you to undertake your role, and in addition we’re aiming to partner with external board training programmes.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas
The Administrator will support the sales function by focusing on administrative efficiency and

● Email Creation and Dissemination:
