The Black Panthers are building a powerful women’s football programme—and this season,

 we’re aiming for promotion. We’re looking for a passionate, driven Assistant Football Manager / Assistant Coach to help lead the charge.

Our club has a strong footballing DNA recognised and praised by Dulwich Hamlet, Crystal Palace and London City Lionesses. With a formidable

 Second Team and iPRO sponsorship, we’re building a pathway where players and coaches can grow together.

📍 Dulwich / Peckham, South London 
⏰ Around 6 hours per week
🏆 Tier 7 | Promotion ambition
🤝 Volunteer role with dedicated support
✈️ Overseas team tour at season’s end

Working alongside the First Team Manager, you’ll help prepare and inspire the squad, contribute to matchday decisions and strengthen the connection across both teams. We’re looking for someone with ideas, commitment and a winning mindset.

 What you’ll be part of

- A First Team with a clear promotion target
- A strong Second Team and a club-wide player pathway

- A club with strong footballing DNA, praised by Dulwich Hamlet, Crystal Palace and London City Lionesses
- iPRO sponsorship
- Performance tools including Kubios and Elite HRV monitoring, plus video analysis
- Support across strength and conditioning, sports therapy, psychology and media

- An overseas team tour to celebrate the season together

- Hold a UEFA C Diploma or higher

- Bring passion, initiative and a positive, team-first attitude.

- Communicate well and enjoy developing players.

- Want to help drive women’s football forward—and are ready to work towards promotion.
