Bright Futures UK is looking for passionate and knowledgeable A-Level History tutors to provide educational support and a fun, safe learning environment for young people living with serious illnesses.

What will you be doing?
Run tutoring sessions online to support a young person.
Offer subject area knowledge and expertise related to A-Level History
Help to combat social isolation through fun and engaging tutoring sessions.
Adhere to safeguarding policies and report concerns to the BFUK Team

Strategic Vision Development Assistant
Role Summary
The Lead Me Back Foundation is developing its next strategic vision to scale impact for vulnerable children across Zambia. We are seeking a highly analytical and purpose-driven individual to support this process through data-driven insights, structured thinking, and strategic coordination.
This role sits at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership to shape the foundation’s long-term direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support data collection efforts across programs, stakeholders, and external benchmarks
- Conduct data analysis and synthesis, translating insights into clear strategic implications
- Support the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions
- Document key discussions, frameworks, and decisions into structured outputs
- Contribute to strategy development, including identifying priorities, risks, and opportunities
Ideal Profile
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with research, M&E, or strategy work is an advantage
- Excellent writing and documentation ability
- High ownership, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
