To lead, motivate and encourage the volunteers at each foodbank session and ensure every person visiting a foodbank session receives a friendly welcome and is treated with compassion, respect and dignity

Organise each foodbank session and ensure each is run efficiently and to a high standard in accordance with the Trussell franchise and Arden Foodbank policies and procedures

Lead a short team briefing with volunteers at the beginning of each foodbank session and a short session review at the end

Ensure that the distribution centre is a safe place for all clients and volunteers, that safeguarding procedures are understood and implemented, and that client confidentiality is respected

Deal appropriately with incidents, unforeseen events, or any other issues

Monitor health and safety at each foodbank session and record accidents and near misses

Review stock levels at the end of each foodbank session and complete a restock order to replace food and other items given out at that session

Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded on the Data Collection System and communicate with referral agencies in response to queries or issues arising from vouchers presented by clients

Provide the Foodbank Manager with a report at the end of each session and raise any concerns regarding the operation of the session, or the distribution centre

Undertake the training of volunteers as may be required

This role is working therapeutically alongside a child/young person on one of our bereavement support programmes in a group setting.  Ideally you will have experience in working with children.

You will be working therapeutically with your allocated child.  You will have a group leader who will guide you through the structure of each day. There is also a program manager who will oversee and facilitate the whole weekend program.

You will also be expected to attend a debrief at the end of the weekend and also complete detailed documentation on the child/ young person you have been working with.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided during a weekend.  We will pay 45 pence per mile to cover your travel expenses. We will provide training (Safeguarding Children, Volunteer Induction Day and other specialist training days).

You will also have the opportunity to observe a weekend programme in action before you work with a child / young person. We will pay for your DBS check and provide you with a t-shirt with our logo on.

When children finish Year 6 in our primary programme, many of them don't want the music to stop. So we have started an evening youth club to keep it going. It runs in partnership with Youth Connect South West, and the Police Early Intervention Team back it because they see music as a practical tool against gang recruitment and knife crime. We need musicians or singers who want to teach instruments and support creative projects with young people in their community.

About the role

Orchestra of Everything Foundation (OOEF) delivers free, immersive music education to around 250 children aged 7–11 at two Bath primary schools in Twerton and Whiteway — nationally ranked deprived communities. Our impact is off the scale: school leaders tell us that 86% of children show improved attitudes to learning across all subjects, and we have been instrumental in a 39% reduction in pupil suspensions. Our work has caught the attention of the Department for Education, and Bath Spa University now incorporates our model into teacher training.

The youth club runs in partnership with Youth Connect South West and is endorsed by the Police Early Intervention Team and the Bath & North East Somerset Violence Reduction Partnership — who see music as a frontline tool against gang recruitment and knife crime.

As a Youth Club Music Leader you will draw on your musical skills to teach instruments, support group projects, and help young people develop creatively and socially. You will work in teams with other musicians and youth workers. Formal teaching qualifications are not required.

Position Overview

As our Google Ad Grants Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding the reach of Solution Community's mission through strategic management of our Google Ad Grants account. Leveraging up to $10,000 per month in Google Search advertising, you will help connect volunteers, nonprofit partners, donors, philanthropists, and changemakers with our global community and initiatives.

What Will You Do?

• Manage Google Ad Grants Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize search campaigns utilizing our $10,000/month Google Ad Grants budget.
• Increase Mission Visibility: Develop keyword strategies and compelling ad copy that drive awareness, engagement, volunteer recruitment, nonprofit partnerships, and donor interest.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor campaign metrics including impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and quality scores to maximize impact and maintain grant compliance.
• Ensure Grant Compliance: Maintain adherence to Google Ad Grants policies and best practices to keep the account active and performing effectively.
• Conduct Keyword Research: Identify high-impact search opportunities that align with our mission, programs, and global initiatives.
• Analyze and Report Results: Track performance and provide recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and organizational reach.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Mission-Driven Professionals: You are passionate about using digital marketing to create meaningful social impact.
• Google Ads Enthusiasts: Experience with Google Ads or Google Ad Grants is preferred but not required. We welcome motivated learners who are eager to develop expertise.
• Analytical Thinkers: You enjoy interpreting data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
• Detail-Oriented Contributors: You understand the importance of compliance, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong Communicators: You can work effectively with diverse, multicultural teams and translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or related digital marketing tools.
• Experience managing or supporting nonprofit Google Ad Grants accounts is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, landing page optimization, or conversion tracking is beneficial.
• Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative volunteer environment.
