Become a WAY Studios Music Mentor and use the power of your skill set to encourage our Young People. 

By doing this you will see the impact you’re having by enabling our Young People to break down any barriers they have by discovering their creative side. By sharing your experience you are inspiring this next generation and building a vibrant community. Either work with out Young People on a 1-2-1 basis or through our group project and creative sessions.

Our Recruitment Process

3. Introduction meeting: Come along to The Base, meet the team & have a tour of our facilities
4. Enhanced DBS Check: A standard safety and background check to ensure a safe environment for our young people.
5. Induction & Training: Complete your WAY Studios inductions, receive comprehensive training, and get yourself ready for your matched sessions.
