Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Brand and Digital Marketing Creative Lead to spearhead the visual identity and online presence of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to take ownership of the brand across multiple channels, including social media, website design, and marketing collateral.

You will be at the forefront of shaping the way our organization connects with our audience, telling our story through engaging visuals, strategic messaging, and compelling campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to build an impressive portfolio and gain hands-on experience in comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a cohesive brand identity and logo that reflects the organisation’s values.

  • Create and manage social media content to engage audiences.

  • Design and maintain a website with an appealing layout and user-friendly experience.

  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

  • Collaborate on visual storytelling and share creative ideas to elevate the brand.

Skills & Abilities (No Prior Experience Required):

  • Strong graphic design abilities (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).

  • Comfortable creating content for social media platforms.

  • Website design/management skills (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar).

  • Creative eye for visual storytelling and engaging design.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently.
