Job description

You will be accountable for our IT systems and will provide support to our volunteers when it comes to IT and digital technology.

Students4Students is a member led educational charity that has been operating for seven years.

We are looking for somebody to help us with our IT and online running of the organisation. Particularly we are looking for somebody who can effectively solve any digital issues, as well as helping us to develop our use of IT to make our volunteering as effective, stream-lined and secure as it can be.

Responsibilities and duties

The post-holder will be responsible for:

  • Responding to volunteer queries and problems around their Microsoft accounts and use of other online accounts and systems

  • Overseeing our internal IT and aiding in developing how we can use IT and digital technologies  in the most effective way

Key requirements

i. Experience with IT system administration and navigating IT
