We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team team in Ealing. This is a well-resourced and dynamic service in which you will lead a team of 2 Coordinators and 9 Outreach & Resettlement workers.
In this role you will focus on combining outreach with clients on the streets and supporting them through placements in temporary accommodation until a suitable home is found. Several additional services are also embedded within the team including Street Legal, an Employment Specialist, and a Homeless Health Nurse – and the team has lots of well-established connections with specialist providers and community organisations locally, as well as having strong relationships with commissioners and local authority partners.
Based in Ealing, West London; the office has roadside parking available & is also well connected on the Piccadilly, Elizabeth and Central line at Boston Manor, Ealing Broadway & Hanwell station.
About you
To thrive in this role you will have a experience or a good working understanding of providing to support to junior managers.
In this role you will be providing management direction and leadership, some team guidance around professional conduct, and a clear drive around getting the basics right and implementing our new outreach model.

They will draft new service charge schedules, provide clear written rationales for all proposed charges, and liaise directly with local authorities and housing benefit to explain and agree new charges for 2026-27.

Help launch a new initiative housing the homeless through the local church
Hope into Action is a national Christian charity enabling local churches to provide homes and support for people experiencing homelessness.
We are launching a new Hope into Action franchise in Milton Keynes, and are looking for a Location Lead to help establish and grow the project from the ground up.
Working with churches, volunteers, and the Hope into Action national team, you will help create homes where people can rebuild their lives within a supportive Christian community.
About the role
As Location Lead, you will provide local leadership and coordination for the Milton Keynes project.
At launch the project will involve one house supporting up to three tenants, working in partnership with our first partner church, New Life Church Milton Keynes.

You will work closely with Hope into Action UK advisors, who provide established policies, safeguarding frameworks, systems, and ongoing support.
This means you are not building a housing project from scratch - you are helping implement and grow an established national model locally.

In our Residential Scheme Manager role, you’ll be managing our Scheme efficiently, ensuring residents' welfare, safety, and comfort while fostering a sense of community.

About you and the Role
As the operational lead of the services area at Overstream House, the Services Coordinator ensures the seamless delivery of daily welfare services (inductions, showers, meals, laundry, activities) while providing proactive, trauma-informed caseload management to transition service users from crisis to stable housing.
This role bridges immediate care with long-term strategic action, developing partnerships, signposting, improving service efficiency, and fostering positive, sustainable life changes for Cambridge’s homeless community.
