TAG Youth Club, an award-winning charity and a youth club open to children, young people and young adults, whatever their disability. TAG started almost 25 years ago, as a group of parents who got together to create an inclusive space for their disabled young people to socialise.  From those humble beginnings TAG has now grown to over 250 members and supports over 750 family members.

The club now makes many activities available to young disabled people that would not ordinarily be available to them (such as climbing, skiing, archery, parkour, scootering and skateboarding). Our activities provide members with opportunities to meet new people, make friends, learn social and life skills, and to thrive and grow in confidence and independence.

This exciting new role has been created to support the CEO and Head of Operations, providing administrative support in a wide variety of areas including finance, fundraising, office systems and management, premises, promotion, marketing and communications.  A detailed job description is attached to the bottom of this job ad.  The successful applicant will have experience of business management, fundraising and finance and most importantly, the enthusiasm and the ability to work flexibly with good organizational and communication skills .

Legacy Giving Officer

We are looking for a Legacy Relationship Executive to grow the future legacy income of World Vision through building relationships with some of our longest serving supporters and asking them to consider leaving a gift in their will and following up our supporters who have expressed an interest to convert them to pledgers.

World Vision has over 100,000 supporters around the UK and this job focuses on our supporters who have been supporting us for over 10 years and really love sponsoring a child and helping our cause.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Systems Manager to join our team. As Operations and Systems Manager, you will ensure SMK’s operations are well managed, and make sure that we have all the processes, technology and policies needed to operate effectively. We’re looking for someone to take initiative to improve things where needed and bring their experience from elsewhere to the team.   

The Operations and Systems Manager will work closely with the CEO, Board and staff team of 6, and hold the relationships with our external IT, Accounting and HR providers. You will also play a key role within the organisation in shaping culture and supporting staff to carry out their roles to the best of their abilities.

Flexible and Hybrid Working

Our office base is located in central London. You need to be in the office for a minimum of 1 day per week and further Team Days and Board Away Days. Travel and accommodation for working at our London office is at the job-holders own expense. Expenses incurred for SMK business outside London are covered by the charity.

The 15hours per week can be worked flexibly across Monday to Thursday, with a preference for them to include at least part of Monday and Tuesday to accommodate our weekly team meetings (Monday mornings) and Board Meetings which occur quarterly (Tuesday afternoons)..

We are looking for a Legacy and Administration Manager to join our Finance and Operations team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This role will report to the Director of Finance and Operations. 

Job Purpose

Legacies are one of the most vital sources of income for Operation Smile UK, helping us continue our work supporting patients with cleft around the world. We’re now looking for a Legacy Administration Manager to join our dedicated team and ensure that every gift left to the charity is managed with care, professionalism, and in line with the wishes of our supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residuary, specific, and reversionary legacy cases from initiation to completion, optimising income while upholding all legal, ethical, and organisational standards.
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism with executors, solicitors, and beneficiaries’ families, including handling enquiries and confirming receipt of legacy notifications.
• Review estate documentation and valuations, determine the charity’s entitlement, and verify that all due funds are correctly received.
• Ensure that all relevant charity tax reliefs are properly applied for, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax appropriations, and Income Tax (form R185).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legacy income and correspondence within OSUK’s CRM system and Finance Tracker.
• Track the status of ongoing cases, pursue outstanding actions, and take prompt steps to address issues or disputes as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Finance, Supporter Care, and Partnerships—to promote strong stewardship and compliance.
• Refer or escalate complex or high-impact matters to the Director of Finance and Senior Finance Manager when necessary.
• Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and the development of best practice.

Person Specification

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly and sensitively, both in writing and verbally.

· Proven experience in legacy administration within the charity sector or in probate and estate law.

· Highly organised, with the capability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

· Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, documentation, and data entry.

· Skilled in interpreting wills, estate accounts, and related legal documents.

· Competent in reviewing estate accounts to verify the correct application of Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and to ensure estates are properly finalised.

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

· Review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered.

· Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (ILM) or legal/paralegal qualification.

About the role

Core Purpose

Corporate Partnership Management

Whether assisting students and residents on a daily basis, supporting weekend residentials, conferences and events, or working with the team which delivers our annual Foundation Celebration, this role is at the heart of providing a welcoming campus environment.

The Campus Accommodation and Hospitality Manager will lead a team of reception and housekeeping staff to deliver and administer a full range of campus services. As well as providing an efficient and welcoming reception service, this includes the management of meeting rooms, accommodation booking, achieving and maintaining high standards of housekeeping, and overseeing contracted catering and refreshment services. The postholder will be part of a committed staff team, giving and receiving support to deliver the operational needs of the Foundation in a way which reflects our ethos of hospitality, care and community. 

This is a full-time role, with some evening and weekend work during weekend residentials and other events. The postholder will also participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Key responsibilities

1. To manage the delivery of accommodation and hospitality operations.

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors from diverse backgrounds and denominations.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of hospitality services including accommodation, catering and menus, and support for conferences and events.
• Represent the staff team on hospitality matters at the Foundation’s residents’ and community forum meetings

• Support marketing for events, conferences, and other campus activities
• Oversee the Hospitality team to ensure effective administration for the smooth delivery of hospitality for teaching, residentials, events and conferences.
• Oversee room bookings, check-ins/outs, ensuring smooth turnaround of all accommodations between occupancy.

4. Procurement

• Manage procurement for hospitality goods and services in consultation with the Management Accountant and the Director of Operations.
• Monitor costs and implement efficiencies while maintaining quality.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insight, and helping senior stakeholders make well-informed decisions. You’ll act as the bridge between finance and the wider organization, ensuring that financial information is clear, meaningful, and aligned to the charity’s goals.

Key responsibilities include:

· Building strong relationships with departmental leads and programme managers.

· Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term financial planning.

· Providing insightful analysis to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

· Preparing management accounts with clear, actionable commentary.

· Helping drive value for money and efficiency across programmes and operations.

· Supporting business cases, funding bids, and donor reporting where needed.

· Contributing to process improvement and system enhancements.

About You

You’ll be ideally a qualified (or part qualified) accountant who enjoys partnering with the business and translating complex financial data into clear, engaging insight. You’ll bring strong analytical ability, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach.

Criteria to be successful:

· ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).

· Must have experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector.

· Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role.

· Excellent communication and influencing skills.

· Strong Excel and reporting system capability.

Finance Assistant

The Finance team at KCLSU are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the delivery of core financial and administrative functions, in line with financial regulations, procedures and compliance requirements of external statutory bodies. 

As part of this, you will: 

• Assist in the preparation of accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements and management accounts. 
• Support the annual audit process. 
• Play an essential role in ensuring high-quality service to KCLSU's internal and external stakeholders, including students, by maintaining accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.

We have an opportunity for an Income officer to join our Customer Accounts team in Bristol.

This is a full time permanent role with a mix of customer visits, home and office working.

We are offering a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year. 

The role:

As an Income Officer you will be working directly with our customers to manage their accounts, provide payment solutions and take appropriate action to recover outstanding debts. 

You'll take a proactive approach to prevent customers from falling in to arrears, negotiating repayment arrangements, monitoring payment plans and working closely with internal teams and external agencies to make sure they receive the right advice and support. 

You'll be on standby to visit customers in their home as well as occasionally preparing paperwork for legal cases and attending court hearings.

About you:

To be an Income Officer at SNG you will need strong communication skills and the ability to advise customers sensitively on financial matters and arrears management.   

You'll have a knowledge of welfare benefits, arrears management, debt recovery processes and income collection. 

You will also need:

• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, managers and external partners 
• A high level of IT literacy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage a caseload effectively
• The ability to be office based and undertake regular customer visits, you'll need access to your own car and a full driving licence

A DBS check will also be undertaken for the successful candidate.

You will be experienced in taking full senior-management level responsibility for charity finances.  You will be supporting our Chief Executive in overseeing all financial activities for a charity with a turnover of £2 Million.  Reporting regularly to the board of trustees, you will be experienced in working with a fundraiser and managing multiple grant incomes.  Experience of working with local authorities is desirable.
