Age UK Bolton are looking for an experienced Information and Advice Officer to help us provide essential support for local people over 50.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the service to meet the changing needs of older people and adapt working practices as we look to reopen for face to face appointments. 

With an up-to-date knowledge on benefits and pensions, strong IT and customer care skills you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of enquiries as well as supporting a team of volunteer receptionists and advisers.
