Our volunteer administrators are instrumental to all the work that we do across Hestia

What you will be doing

• Supporting with data entry and maintaining records
• Assisting with spreadsheets and basic Excel tasks
• Organising information and ensuring accuracy
• Helping with general administrative duties as needed

The skills you need

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with good attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Competent in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
