Job description

We are looking for a confident temporary Special Events Assistant to join a one of the UKs leading charities.

The Role
Support the Special Events team in the delivery of the Auction, focusing on sourcing and organising the Box of Delights raffle, silent auction, print sales and post auction lot fulfilment.
Provide administrative support to the Special Events team, including ticketing administration, responding to emails and updating database records.
Attending Events and providing support where necessary.

The Candidate
Raisers Edge experience.
Confident telephone manner.
Ability to provide excellent customer care with donors and supporters.
Good numeracy and literacy.
Ability to work methodically and accurately with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with supporters and other staff.
Confidence in using Office applications.
