Job description

Re-Vision provides professional part-time training for adults to qualify as counsellors and psychotherapists, and a low cost counselling service.  The number of students  has grown, and our admin team needs to grow with it!

Based near Queens Park station in NW6, we are a small charity established for over 30 years.
 Along with two other part time administrators you will play a key role in supporting students and staff.  This role will concentrate on direct support for sections of the training programme, and the low cost counselling service. In addition you will work on other shared tasks around finance, premises etc.  You will need experience of administration, the ability to use and develop systems and a good eye for detail. You will also have an interest in the field of therapy. We are currently mostly working remotely, but hope the post holder will eventually work perhaps 2 days a week in the office, one day from home, but this will be flexible as are arrangements about exactly how you would work the 21 hours a week.  We offer 25 days annual leave pro rata.
