Nova Impact

Administration & Human Resources Manager

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and maintaining organizational records.
  • Oversee all human resources functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries related to HR and administrative matters, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
