Legacy giving plays a vital role in ensuring lasting change for people living with sight loss. The Legacy Giving Manager will help deepen supporters’ connection to our mission to Save Sight. Change Lives.
Reporting to the Head of Supporter Development, you will lead the development and delivery of the legacy and in-memory giving strategy, delivering thoughtful, inspiring campaigns that celebrate the impact of legacy and in-memory giving. You’ll combine creative storytelling with data-driven insight to nurture meaningful supporter journeys, ensuring everyone who chooses to remember the charity in their will or in tribute to a loved one feels valued, respected, and part of something truly transformative.

Role Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop and deliver an ambitious legacy and in-memory giving strategy and operational plan, driving sustainable income growth and achieving KPIs.
- Develop and implement associated objectives, workplans and KPIs to track progress.
- Work closely with stakeholders, to curate and implement compelling legacy marketing plans to promote awareness of gifts in wills and recruit new pledgers.
Management of Legacy Programme
- Responsible for ensuring legacy programme meets annual targets, with appropriate stretch targets in place.
- Work collaboratively across all Income streams, Communications and Impact to drive growth in the identification and cultivation of new legacy pledgers.
- Organise legacy events to support cultivation and stewardship of legacy givers.
- Work with Retail to embed legacy messaging in our charity shops and use in‑store activity to grow awareness and legacy leads.
- Provide exceptional stewardship of legacy pledgers individually and collectively, through the development and implementation of a legacy stewardship programme.
- Sensitively and expertly co-ordinate with the legacy administration function (which is outsourced), including regular communication with our professional legacy advisor, exploring and initiating stewardship and impact reporting activities.
- Collaborate on and personally take steps to maximise existing initiatives such as Gifts in Will month and identify new opportunities to market legacies and grow pledgers.
- Lead on developing and leading initiatives to improve awareness of legacies amongst charity staff, volunteers, charity shop customers and the Board.
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving Managers to identify and maximise legacy marketing opportunities through existing and new activities.
- Take personal and collective responsibility for ensuring legacy fundraising is conducted in a legal and ethical manner in line with Charity Commission guidance, and other regulators as appropriate.
- Advise and effectively manage legacy income targets and expenditure budgets, including reforecasting and target setting.
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities across fundraising, championing new initiatives and ways of working as necessary.

ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience and knowledge of legacy giving, including channels for direct marketing to drive legacy giving.
- Experience of developing and producing legacy marketing and stewardship materials.
- Knowledge of key trends affecting legacy fundraising and able to apply insights to own work.
- Experience of using a fundraising database/CRM for effective analysis of legacy marketing campaigns and trend giving patterns.
- Strong understanding of donor stewardship and the motivations behind legacy giving.
- Strong organisational planning and project management skills.
- Proven skills and aptitudes to complete complicated procedures.
- Demonstrable analytical skills and highly numerate with experience of keeping and monitoring financial & budgeting reports.

Working with secondary schools to provide early support programmes, core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school terms only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed as required.

Job Description
As Beacon Team Leader, you will be a member of the local management team within the victim service, managing a team of Beacon Support Workers as part of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring the effective delivery of end to end support for victims in line with contractual expectations. What will you do?

- Assist the events manager with delivery of events, particularly during evenings and weekends.
- Assist with the cleaning of the site as and when needed.
- Assist with room setup and moving of furniture safely. This includes preparing spaces to host events and functions, packing down and cleaning afterwards. And to service ongoing regular lettings.

As Deputy Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing the leadership, operational management, supervision, training and support of the senior HI CBT therapists, LI CBT therapists and counselors in Mind in Bexley IAPT working closely with the Head of Psychological Therapies and Clinical Lead and Service Lead in delivering the objectives of the service.
You are required to work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service/team. In addition, to utilize research skills for audit, policy and service development and to propose and implement policy changes within the area served by the team/service.
We are looking for a highly experienced clinician with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, who will provide clinical supervision, management and leadership to the senior clinicians and ensures that the service operates in accordance with NICE guidelines.
The post involves being able to work flexibly and to be able to work at least one evening session (i.e. 12am – 8pm one day).
Main responsibilities
- · Oversee clinical caseloads of clinical staff and report findings in management meetings as requested.
- · Support the Step 2 and Step 3 leads within the office and staff working remotely in ensuring the safe and clinically effective case management of cases, including the oversee of duty supervision.
- · Ensure that the fidelity of treatment across the service is upheld and any issues reported
- · Ensure the consistency of supervision decisions across the service and to escalate any reported problems
- · Ensure that staff are regularly informed of any chances to service policies and adhere to protocols.

- · Support the Safeguarding Lead with Safeguarding staff queries across the organisation with documentation and management. This includes regular attendance at the local safeguarding meetings as required.
- · Support the Head of Psychological Therapies as a senior clinician, manager and leader for a team of psychologists, psychological therapists and trainees. This will include governance responsibilities, creating and implementing polices, service development, recruitment, performance reviews etc.
- · Working closely with the Head of Psychological Therapies IAPT and the Service Lead to maintain electronic systems for referrals, appointments, activity and outcome monitoring for performance management, including continuous audit and evaluation of service. Ensure appropriate use and administration of such systems by other members of staff within the service and provide support when needed.
- Communicate across language and cultural barriers, including working for sustained periods of time by communicating with patients, carers or groups through professional interpreters or advocates.
- · Be responsible for recording, monitoring and reporting on clinical work and communicating in a skilled and sensitive manner, highly complex, sensitive or contentious information concerning the assessment, formulation, treatment plans and progress of patients in both verbal and written formats.
- · Support the implementation of national standards for competencies in CBT and Counselling practice across primary care teams by ensuring that team members make use of appropriate supervision, training and outcomes monitoring.

As an interim Supervising Solicitor in Public Law, you will supervise and carry out CPAG’s public law legal aid cases, to benefit families and children in poverty. You will play an active role in managing CPAG’s legal practice and conduct high-profile public law litigation.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about using the law to advocate for the rights of, and directly improve the lives of, families in poverty. The ideal candidate will be a solicitor (E&W qualified) with experience of conducting public law litigation and legal aid (publicly funded) work. You will be able to supervise the casework of colleagues, such as CPAG’s junior or trainee solicitor(s) and welfare benefit advisers. You may have experience of working with clients in vulnerable situations or with additional needs, for example, survivors of domestic abuse, refugees, disabled people or children and young people.
