Job description

Help us to support more bright, ambitious young people to obtain careers with leading employers!

Social mobility charity LTSB is expanding the programmes and career paths we offer to reach more young people who face disadvantage.

We are recruiting two new Careers Development Managers.

We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who can help us to support young people in particular locations and may be based in or have significant knowledge of the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas.

About the Careers Development Manager Role

Each Careers Development Manager will develop cohorts of young people, aged 16 – 24. They will inspire young people and support them through the first year of their careers. The successful candidates will have a proven commitment to improving the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with a good understanding of social mobility, diversity and inclusion issues.
