About the role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day contact with healthcare professionals and NHS Trusts so that breast cancer patients get the right support at the right time. Here for You provides people diagnosed with breast cancer personalised and timely access to all of Breast Cancer Now’s trusted information and specialist support via a single healthcare professional referral.
You’ll build and enhance the relationships we have with NHS Trusts and healthcare professionals so that the referral route to Breast Cancer Now is integrated into their processes and procedures. You’ll also work with colleagues across the support and influencing directorate, as well as contributing to our monthly reporting.
About you
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, who is comfortable with multi-tasking and being proactive. You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
You’ll be experienced in building positive relationships with colleagues and external partners alike.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

A Support Worker will help to enable vulnerable people with complex support needs to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This role will be based at for Pound Lane, which is a high complex needs 24-hour service with same shift pattern.
The working pattern for this role is: - 5 days a week, working over a seven day pattern, weekends included. Shift pattern 8am-4am and late shift 1.30pm-9.30pm
What you'll do:
* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager
* Oversee the daily running of the service ensuring all health and safety responsibilities are met
* Raise safeguarding alerts and complete incident reports within specified timeframe
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to undertake domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of living standards
* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with our Resettlement Officer and Brent Housing team.

Their recently established Events & Operations hub brings together donor-facing events and the operational systems and processes that underpin high-value fundraising, creating a cohesive function that supports outstanding supporter experiences and sustainable income growth.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Events & Operations Officer to play a key role within this function and deliver the experiences, systems and insight that support Greenpeace UK’s Major Donor, Trusts & Foundations and Legacy fundraising programmes.
This is far from a typical events role. Working closely with the Events & Operations Manager, you will lead on many of the team’s cultivation and stewardship events, creating opportunities for supporters to connect directly with Greenpeace’s mission and impact. You could be coordinating major donor networking events, organising behind-the-scenes briefings with campaigners, delivering legacy stewardship events, supporting unique supporter experiences, or helping to bring prospects together through creative events and workshops.
Alongside event delivery, you will play an equally important role in the operational side of the team. From CRM reporting and data management to process improvement and cross-organisational projects, you will help create the systems and infrastructure that enable fundraisers to spend more time building relationships and securing income.

As Events & Operations Officer, you will:
- Lead the delivery of many of Greenpeace UK’s high-value cultivation and stewardship events, taking ownership of planning, logistics, supplier management and on-the-day delivery
- Support a diverse programme of donor events, including networking events, campaign briefings, webinars, roundtables and supporter experiences that bring donors closer to Greenpeace’s work

Essential skills and experience:
- Proven success delivering high-value fundraising events, with responsibility for planning, logistics and execution
- Strong experience using CRM databases such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge or similar platforms for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards

Health, Safety and Facilities Officer
The Health, Safety and Facilities Officer will support the delivery of a safe, compliant and well-maintained working environment across the organisation. The role provides day-to-day coordination of health and safety activities, facilities operations, statutory compliance and contractor management, helping to ensure that offices and related spaces are safe, efficient and fit for purpose for staff, visitors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the coordination and delivery of health and safety processes across the organisation, helping maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies, the ARUK Health and Safety Management System and best practice.
· Maintain health and safety records, including DSE assessments, new and expectant mothers’ assessments, incident logs, training records, inspections, audit follow-up actions and related compliance documentation.
