Your role
This role sits in the Philanthropy & Partnerships Directorate, a high performing team that is responsible for all areas of high value fundraising including major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate partners and special events/high value committees. We play a vital role in delivering a stewardship and communications programme to support the wider Directorate with the knowledge, tools and expertise to recognise, thank and update our highest value supporters.
We will need you to:
- Maintain and manage data lists and mailing processes for key communications, including biannual newsletters, season’s greetings cards and the Charity’s Impact Report.
- Support fundraisers to coordinate and deliver correspondence to donors and partners, including sharing news from the hospital or preparing routine updates, ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, and properly recorded.
- Upkeep all donor recognition information, including tracking members of the Charity’s stewardship circles and auditing donor recognition across the hospital.
- Coordinate donor recognition pages for the Charity’s annual Impact Report, working closely with the PR and Communications team.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure donor recognition is accurately recorded, appropriately displayed, and installed on schedule.
- Support the delivery of donor stewardship projects by managing administrative tasks such as researching and sourcing suppliers or products, managing orders, and coordinating logistics across teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee stock levels of materials and assets – order, receive, store and distribute materials to the team as required.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Health & Services Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across our health and services work.
Sitting within the Education Team, this role will work closely with the Health & Services Manager and Health & Services Executive to support the delivery of CoppaFeel!’s portfolio of resources, materials and reminder services. They will support the smooth running of health engagement activity, systems and processes and champion equity, diversity and inclusion across health engagement work.
This role focuses on administrative tasks, supporting the wider team to deliver impactful work while developing skills and experience within the charity and health sector.
This role will sit within the Education team and report to the Health & Services Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative and coordination support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across health and services activity, including data entry and document management.
- Support the coordination of health and services activity by maintaining systems, calendars and records.
- Assist with the set-up and administration of programmes, initiatives and projects led by the Health & Services team.
- Assist with collecting and logging feedback and data to support impact reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Education Team contacts on the CRM.
- Support with processing expenses and basic tracking of department expenditure
Health Information, Resources and materials
- Provide support with developments to new and existing health information.
- Provide administrative support for the development, promotion and distribution of CoppaFeel!’s portfolio of resources.
- Organise and collate resources and materials for events and activities, liaising with the Operations team to manage storage and stock.
- Act as a first point of contact for education and healthcare materials enquiries, processing requests and orders.
- Correspond with key external stakeholders in the development and promotion of our resources.
- Support with the administration and day-to-day running of CoppaFeel!’s SMS reminder service.
- Supporting with reviewing and updating resources, materials and health information.
Events and communications support
- Assist with the set up of healthcare professional events and webinars, both in person and online when necessary.
- Co-ordinate deliveries and postage from the CoppaFeel! office.
- Attend healthcare and service delivery events to promote CoppaFeel!'s work.
- Support the scheduling of newsletters, social media and routine communications.
- Coordinate responses to general health and services enquiries, escalating more complex issues where needed.

About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Delivery Manager to join The Scholars Programme team. This role will lead on the central Delivery Cycle, including creating correspondence and guidance for schools and PhD Tutors, and collaborating with other teams to ensure communication is streamlined and consistent. This is a key role within the Programme Management team, ensuring high quality pupil impact by tracking data returns, and providing team briefings as well as ongoing training and support. Our new Resettlement Manager will oversee our delivery of the Home Office’s resettlement schemes, which we manage in partnership with Nottingham City and County Councils.
In this busy and varied role you will be responsible for ensuring the Resettlement Scheme is meeting its service delivery targets. You will lead and develop the team to make sure clients receive accurate information and appropriate support. You will liaise with external partners such as Nottingham City Council regarding all aspects of service delivery, and will be expected to attend relevant interagency meetings and conferences to influence positive change.
This role will involve line-management responsibilities, and you will be required to provide some casework cover during staff absences. You will also be a member of our management team, and as such will play a key role in helping to develop Nottingham Refugee Forum’s strategic aims and service delivery.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, they will oversee the accounts’ receivable function, from invoice generation to allocating monies received and credit control. This varied and busy role also includes responsibility for reconciling bank accounts and assisting with other accounting functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a sales ledger and undertaking bank reconciliations. They will have worked within a complex multi-company and/or charitable organisation. They will feel comfortable working with finance software with multiple analysis dimensions, as well as manipulating data for import using spreadsheets.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to build confidence, companionship and connection for people with hearing loss, is seeking a Major Gifts Manager to drive growth in income from high-net-worth individuals.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love and emotional support.
Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now building a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.
The Major Gifts Manager will be part of the charity’s high-performing Philanthropy team, personally managing a portfolio of high-value donors and projects, and cultivating long-term relationships that lead to increased giving. Reporting to the Major Gifts Team Manager, the postholder will oversee major donor stewardship journeys and the strategic delivery of the charity’s successful VIP Name a Puppy scheme, as well as developing compelling cases for support.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience securing major gifts and managing high‑value relationships in a similar field, including five‑ and six‑figure contributions, as well as a strong track record in cultivating and stewarding donors. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence engaging high‑net‑worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
Candidates will bring strategic project‑management ability, strong writing skills for producing compelling proposals and reports, and a data‑informed approach using CRM systems to guide activity. A professional, proactive and collaborative working style will be essential.

As Grants Officer you will work in our Grants Team to manage a portfolio of grants that fund our organisation’s work, with a focus on managing a portfolio of grants from trusts, foundations, and other statutory and institutional funders.

In this role, you will be managed by Emma Franklin. Emma is a Grants Manager at ClientEarth, where she oversees a dynamic portfolio of grants related to supporting the Resources, Energy and Mobility system of legal work across Europe and Asia. Emma has worked in grant management and philanthropy roles since 2017 at several major environmental not-for-profits. She’s extremely passionate about climate and environmental issues, and believes deeply in ClientEarth’s mission – using the lasting power of the law to protect our fragile planet. Emma moved to London in May 2024, hailing originally from her hometown of Sydney, Australia.
Main Duties
- Manage a portfolio of grants, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and timelines
- Coordinate key grant management processes including: Go/No-Go, due diligence, funding agreement review, grant kick off and grant management meetings, narrative and financial reporting and renewals.
- Deliver compelling, impactful and timely proposals and reports, and broker the relationship between programmes and the funder
- Maintain excellent relationships with funders through timely communications in relation to the work they support
- Effectively manage reporting and the grant renewal process from start to completion - including working with multiple teams across ClientEarth’s International offices to ensure input from all relevant stakeholders, to complete proposals and reports in a timely and high-quality manner

Purpose of the role:
You will help form part of a UK-wide team of remote Helpline Advisors operating the only modern slavery specific helpline in the UK. After completing our training package for new Helpline Advisors (approximately four weeks) you will begin working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team responding to a variety of callers and contacts.
You will be answering incoming calls, making callouts, sending emails, drafting referrals to external agencies, and maintaining accurate data will be your day-to-day responsibilities.
You will contribute to a service that as well as providing information, advice and guidance to our service users, also helps create one of the largest non-governmental bodies of data on the scale of modern slavery in the UK which is used to influence strategy and policy at local, national and international levels.
You will provide trauma informed and person-centred information, advice, and guidance to a variety of caller types, including people in and out of exploitation, professionals, members of the public, and businesses.
