The Role
What will I be doing?
You’ll be responsible for a range of activities, including:
- Assisting the wider team to deliver marketing strategies and plans for IOP priority projects.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the organisation.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and ensure that all materials are designed in accordance with the IOP’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Supporting the delivery and maintenance of high quality, effective offline and online marketing communications materials that meet set objectives and targets, adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messages.
- Applying creative thinking to support the wider team and assist with developing new promotional opportunities.
- Working closely with the wider Marketing team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with the evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns, using insight and monitoring tools. Utilise these learnings to optimise future campaigns.
- Copywriting, editing and proofing a range of online and offline marketing communications materials.
Projects you may work on include:
- Our Eurekas competition.
- Limitless campaign.
- Promoting the IOP membership to a wide range of audiences.
Who will I work with?
You’ll work closely with a range of colleagues and stakeholders, including:
- Predominantly within the communications and marketing team but also with a range of colleagues across multiple departments.
- External freelancers and production companies.
Ideally, we hope you’ll apply if you bring:
Essential:
- Experience of working within brand guidelines.
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts.
- Strong writing and copy-editing.
- Working within a complex organisation and liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

How will I be working?
We operate a flexible, trust‑based working model that gives colleagues autonomy over how, when and where they work, while recognising the value of in‑person collaboration. You will be assigned a base office, with hybrid working offered as standard.
You will engage in regular in‑person collaboration with your team (as operational appropriate), as well as with colleagues across the wider organisation, to ensure effective operational alignment and to support our inclusive approach to working.

About the role
MAP is seeking an experienced Supporter Care and Database Assistant to join our Supporter Care team, working across Fundraising and other directorates in MAP to provide supporters who contact MAP with exceptional supporter care through enquiry handling, and income thanking and processing. Maximise long-term support by ensuring every supporter feels valued at MAP. Support the Fundraising and Marketing Team with the maintenance of customer records and transactions using MAP's fundraising database: Microsoft Dynamics.
About You
You’ll bring proven experience as a supporter/customer care expert, with strong knowledge of supporter care best practice. You’ll enjoy talking to supporters regularly and be confident in managing communications, taking time to understand supporters and making sure they feel genuinely valued and appreciated. You’ll be highly organised, collaborative, and committed to MAP’s mission and values. You’ll also take pride in delivering excellent supporter care at the highest standards whilst ensuring donations and data are handled accurately, securely and in line with agreed policies and processes.

Project Trust is an education charity with over fifty years’ experience in international volunteering for young people. We organise challenging, long-term placements for 17–25-year-olds with partnership organisations in Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Responsibilities & duties
Digital content and communications
· Create engaging content for Project Trust’s social media channels (including posts, stories, reels, and simple graphics)
· Help plan, draft and schedule content in line with marketing and fundraising campaigns and key dates
· Support with maintenance and updating of Project Trust’s website
· Create digital assets such as images, short videos, blog posts, and email content
· Create content for and distribution of our newsletters
Story gathering and impact
· Collect stories, quotes, photos and videos from Volunteers before, during and after their placements
· Turn these into compelling digital content that shows the impact of Project Trust’s work
· Curate our library of digital content
· Support basic reporting on digital engagement and audience response
Volunteer recruitment and applications
· Develop digital campaigns to promote Volunteer opportunities and increase applications
· Assist with keeping application-related web pages and digital recruitment materials used up to date
Team and organisational support
· Work closely with the Digital Engagement Coordinator and Volunteer & Schools Engagement Team to support campaigns and day-to-day digital activity

The Role
As an Internal Communications Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the charity’s Internal Communications function. Role Summary
This is a crucial role in our digital and marketing team, ensuring that we engage significant new and existing audiences through campaigns, marketing activity and digital content year-round. You will coordinate delivery of Alcohol Change UK’s flagship Dry January® challenge and ensure that other campaigns (Sober Spring, Alcohol Awareness Week and wider marketing initiatives) connect with audiences across the UK and internationally. Working closely with external agencies and the Executive Director of Communications and Marketing, you will increase the profile of our work and help drive growth in our audiences, and those taking part in our behaviour change programme.

Salary: £72,000 per annum
Work Pattern: This is a permanent contract, working full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

About The Role
WWT is the charity for wetlands.
This is a critical role in the recently restructured Operations Directorate at WWT. As Assistant Director, you will be directly responsible for the performance of our 7 Wetland Discovery sites. You will provide inspiring and professional leadership to your teams, whilst proactively collaborating cross organisation and externally.
Your focus will be on driving meaningful improvements at sites across our three ambitions of Restore, Inspire and Thrive, with emphasis on financial performance driven by visitor experiences. About You
To join as our Assistant Director of Operations, you will need to evidence:

We’re seeking a Finance Assistant to join our great Finance team
You will be an essential member of a small but dedicated team providing day to day financial support to the organisation - keeping track of, and accurately recording, income received and expenditure incurred. Working closely with the Financial Accountant the key tasks include:
- Posting fundraising income and journals on the SUN Accounting system.
- Responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function, ensuring all expenditures are correctly recorded on the accounting system including the correct treatment of VAT.
- Maintaining the invoice system (Kefron), including user records, supplier records and all relevant account and analysis codes. Ensuring the coding structure is up-to-date and matches SUN Accounting system.
- Posting bank account entries into the accounting system and reconciliation with monthly bank statements.
About You
- You have good numerical skills with previous experience in a similar finance support role
- You can demonstrate an ability to use Excel at an intermediate level
- We are looking for someone who is able to prioritise their workload when appropriate and has strong attention to detail when entering data.

Brief role description:
This job acts as a ‘secretariat’ function for the Global Board, sub Committees and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the timely preparation of agendas, collation and circulation of papers, minuting meetings and managing action points. This role also supports the recruitment and annual evaluation of trustees, the management of terms of office and any association board administration.
