Job description

Are you interested in working for a Charitable Foundation that makes a difference?

Do you want to work for an organisation that positively promotes young people and celebrates their achievements?

Do you have excellent administration skills, a highly organised approach to your work, and enjoy communicating with a wide variety of people?

If so, we’d love you to join our dynamic Grants Team as our Grants Administration Assistant!

About us

The Jack Petchey Foundation is a young progressive grant-making Trust based in Canary Wharf in East London. It has grown rapidly since its formation in 1999 and has invested over £124 million in youth organisations.

About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic Grants Team and help deliver our grant programmes. The primary focus of the role will be to support the Senior Grants Administrator with the day-to-day administration of the various grants programmes, but in particular the Achievement Award scheme.

This is an exciting time to join the Foundation, as we celebrate our 21st birthday this year and are in the second year of an exciting three-year strategy which seeks to ensure that even more young people across London and Essex are recognised for their achievements and supported to be the best that they can be.

About the person

You will be a team player who can demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to be flexible, as you will be working in a fast-paced, varied and diverse office.
