The Digital Products Business Analyst is a key member of our Digital Products Team, created to elevate and optimise how Salesforce is used across the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital landscape and deliver real, measurable value for colleagues, RCR Fellows, and members.

In this role, you’ll lead the discovery and definition of requirements, manage end to end delivery of digital projects, and play a central part in testing, deployment, and training. You’ll be the crucial bridge between internal teams and our technical Salesforce specialists ensuring solutions are well understood, effectively implemented, and continuously improved.

From kick starting development projects to overseeing UAT and embedding new digital ways of working, you'll support the entire lifecycle of our Salesforce-driven products.
To be successful in this role you’ll be someone who enjoys making sense of complexity and turning it into clarity. You understand how to balance technical feasibility with user needs, and you can com-municate confidently with everyone from developers to senior leaders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead discovery workshops, interviews and requirement gathering sessions across the organi-sation
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable project plans
• Manage digital development projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate UAT, deployments, and end user training
• Create clear, accessible documentation and training materials
• Support colleagues with ongoing Salesforce training and troubleshooting
• Act as the connector between teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
• Work closely with the Head of Digital Products and senior leadership to drive our product roadmap forward

You’ll bring:

• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (essential)
• Strong business analysis and/or product delivery experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in agile ways of working (e.g., stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Impressive organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own workload, take initiative, and drive projects forward

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations. 

Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. You’ll be a Salesforce product champion - triaging support tickets, delivering configuration changes, supporting testing, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation. 

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our Salesforce Developer & Product Owner, Project Manager, and stakeholders around the world. Occasional travel to our London office and internationally may be required. 

About you 

You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch. You’re a confident communicator, an excellent problem solver, and comfortable supporting and training users in an international environment. Experience with NPSP and / or NPC is required. You must be a fluent English speaker with the right to work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania or Ukraine.

The Talent Set are pleased to have partnered with a fantastic charity organisation who are looking for a CRM Project Analyst to join their team for an initial six-month contract.

The CRM Project Analyst is responsible for working with various business units, including fundraising and communications, service delivery, and finance, to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 meets the organisation’s operational and strategic needs. This role focuses on translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, improving data quality and processes, and helping drive supporter engagement, income growth, and impact reporting. Working alongside stakeholders, the successful candidate will help define a tailored Data Model and the processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with teams across Fundraising, Communications, Help Advice & Services, Data Quality & Compliance, and Finance to understand business processes and CRM needs.

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria to act as a bridge between technical teams, developers, and end users.

• Support the configuration of entities, workflows, forms, business rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Ensure developments follow sector best practice and align with UK charity needs, such as Gift Aid, donor journeys, and case management.

• Develop and implement the Data Model, data standards, data quality processes, and validation rules.

• Support GDPR compliance, including lawful basis tracking, data retention, consent management, and data audits.

• Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and workshops while offering mentoring and development for the existing CRM team.

• Contribute to project planning and risk management while acting as a key advocate for CRM business practices.

Person Specifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role within a charity, not-for-profit, or membership organisation.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Understanding of charity-sector processes such as fundraising, donor management, Gift Aid, volunteer management, and service delivery.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, including experience documenting requirements, process maps, user stories, and test scripts.

• Understanding of GDPR, PECR, and data privacy obligations in the UK charity sector.

• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Nonprofit Common Data Model, fundraising regulations, Power BI, Power Automate, or system integrations is desirable.
