Job description
An opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Business Administrator within our client's Careers, Employment and Skills Team reporting to the Progressions and Destinations Coordinator.

Business Administration Apprentice Responsibilities:

• To provide general administrative support required for a variety of contracts in the Careers, Employment and Skills department including the Shine Careers Team, Employer Engagement Team and the Progression and Destination Coordinator.
• Liaise with external organisations including schools and colleges and private business.
• To work on a diverse range of tasks daily.
• To work to deadlines and targets
• Ensure participant records are accurate and maintained.

Business Administration Apprentice Requirements:

You will have proficient IT skills (particularly with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Teams) and able to generate reports when required. Experience of working within an administration environment is desirable but not essential. You will have meticulous attention to detail and be able to work using your own initiative.

You must be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate well with internal and external customers. You will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and commitment to our client's values.

All positions are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exemptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for an Enhanced Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions, cautions, warnings and reprimands.
