The position also provides general administrative support, assists with website updates, sponsorship information, and CPD requirements, while ensuring accurate membership and event history records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Fundraising Leadership
- Lead the delivery of the Lightbox20 anniversary campaign, creating compelling cases for support, preparing fundraising collateral, and engaging supporters and stakeholders.
- Deliver an ambitious fundraising campaign with clear targets that is aligned with organisational goals.
- Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities, partnerships, and income streams, including the Big Give campaign for Giving Tuesday December 2026.
Relationship and pipeline management
- Collaborate closely with the Trustees and Director to identify, build, and manage relationships with individual donors, supporters and prospects.
- Develop cultivation and stewardship plans, including face-to-face meetings, events, and personalised engagement.
- Confidently represent the organisation when meeting donors and supporters.
- Identify local business sponsorship opportunities and approach relevant businesses to celebrate Lightbox20.
- Maintain strong relationships with funding partners through effective reporting and stewardship.
Event support
- Support and attend fundraising events and campaigns, including Director’s Circle events, and donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise fundraising opportunities within exhibitions and public programmes.
Fundraising Operations & Administration
- Manage campaign donor communications, acknowledgements, and stewardship processes.
- Conduct prospect research and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor income, prepare reports, and track fundraising performance on the database, Raiser’s Edge.

We are spending more time than ever raising awareness on how capital flows impact the ability of communities to create change, and how we can hack the system to enable more money to flow in an equitable way to unincorporated movements. At the Social Change Nest (SCN), we’re radically transforming the funding landscape and strengthening civil society. We remove the financial and administrative barriers – like bank accounts and legal structures – that often prevent communities, grassroots groups and informal movements from accessing funding and focusing on their core mission. We also work closely with funders, enabling them to support social action with confidence and transparency.
We currently support over 700 groups across the UK and abroad addressing issues such as social injustice, climate, housing, wellbeing and animal rights. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Work with the Development Lead and the Head of Development to ensure that all new groups have an excellent onboarding experience that is both timely and values aligned.
- Deliver high-quality bid proposals and pitch documents to support business growth.
- Develop and implement client management and engagement strategies, including our philanthropic networks, enhancing relationships and delivering value.

Pipeline & Financial Management

The Role
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced partnerships professional to take the next step in their career and join this award-winning, fast-paced Corporate Partnerships team. Working within Royal Museums Greenwich’s highly successful Development department, you will be an active part of the continued growth of this this important national museum.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships, the Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser is responsible for securing high level sponsorships and partnerships, and maintaining and growing the corporate membership programme. Key elements of the role include playing an active part in developing and delivering the Corporate Fundraising plan, identifying and initiating approaches to potential new corporate supporters for the Museum, and delivering compelling pitches and proposals to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of securing support of 5-6 figures from corporate supporters, or equivalent relevant agency business development and account management. An excellent account management track record is essential for this role, as is the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively with strong time management skills. The role holder will also have excellent communication skills, including written, presentation, and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances. You will be joining a team that works very hard, but with greatly rewarding results!
This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 30 June 2028, in Band 5 - Management and Proficient Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an additional hour to be worked as agreed upon with management. Due to the nature of the work flexibility is required in meeting the demands of the role.
Salary: £40,500 per annum

About you:
The Data Integration and Automation Officer is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Finance and Resources Team.
