WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll provide varied administrative support including managing correspondence, processing post, sending membership materials, and helping with event administration. You'll maintain accurate records by entering data into Salesforce- our customer database, checking reports match, and organising documentation. You'll also help keep the office running smoothly by liaising with suppliers and assisting with health & safety compliance.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll have experience in general administrative roles with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), reliable, proactive, and able to work independently whilst being a supportive team player. Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential.

We are now recruiting for a Head of Building & Facilities to join our team! In this crucial role, you will have overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of the building and ensuring the appropriate provision of facilities at JW3, including services and equipment. You will also lead on the management of contracts with outsourced suppliers, including those responsible for building maintenance, IT and telephones, security, and cleaning. This role reports into and will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance & Operations.

Some of the core duties include:

• Ensure the building – both externally and internally – is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with agreed budgets
• Oversee and regularly review the work conducted by contractors providing specific services to JW3
• Consult with specialist professional contractors to oversee the development and implementation of longer term (5-10 year) plans for building lifecycle replacements and improvements, including energy efficiency and environmental matters
• Take responsibility for the building’s health and safety policy, its implementation, monitoring and reporting
• Ensure the building remains compliant with relevant legislation, regulation and licences for buildings and health & safety at all times

The Adanna Women’s Support Group provides training and skills to help women into employment and to help women excel in the jobs they are doing. Our training is in Business skills, administration, IT, childcare and employability.

We are looking for an employment coach who can support women who are economically inactive to improve their skills and find employment

The Role

This role will support a small caseload of women with a range of needs who are looking to move into work, enabling them to find the right opportunities and sustain the roles through improved skills training. The coach will also need to be skilled in working with employers to source jobs and support them to make their roles accessible. Growing and maintaining a strong employer base will be a central part of this role.

Minimum Criteria

· An understanding of the employment needs, and challenges faced by BAME women who are economically inactive or experience multiple barriers to employment.

· Experience of working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, developing personalised plans and goal setting

· Experience of managing a range of tasks at any one time, and holding positive relationships with different stakeholders

-Experience of designing and delivering entry level training e.g. digital skills, confidence building, English as a second language conversation sessions

Working hours

· The role is a part time fixed contract position with the possibility of extending pending receipt of funding. Working 21 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Hours are flexible but ideally 9.30 to 4.30pm.

About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service across Kingston and Sutton. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment. 

What you’ll be doing 

If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences. 

You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.

You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.

About the opportunity
Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider Philanthropy Department, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will identify and cultivate fruitful partnerships with a range of small, medium and large businesses.
They will help maximise the potential of corporate and other organisations for funding, volunteer recruitment, and other philanthropic opportunities, to enable growth and sustainability for Action Tutoring. Job Profile

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead on the recruitment, retention, and value growth of Afghanaid’s supporter base by directing and implementing communications, fundraising and engagement strategies, aligned with broader organisation goals. You will lead on communications for Afghanaid, overseeing print, digital, and paid marketing activities and the growth of communications channels. You will manage all public relations including crisis communications, as well as the growth of strategic media placements and high profile relationships. You will drive the success of organisational impact storytelling and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. As a member of the executive department, you will collaborate and synergise with other departments to promote organisational success.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

You will be an experienced and dynamic communicator with significant demonstrable experience in fundraising and/or communications at a senior level, coupled with an awareness and up to date knowledge and experience of the tools that would maximise the success of our communications and fundraising activities. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Afghanaid is a British humanitarian and development organisation. For over forty years, our dedicated personnel have worked with millions of families in some of the poorest and most remote communities in Afghanistan. The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is a vibrant and growing charity. Through Sea Cadets we aim to inspire young people to achieve their potential through challenge and nautical adventure underpinned by the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy.  Through the Marine Society we enable current and future maritime professionals to realise their potential through learning and self-development.

We are now looking for an EDI specialist to help lead and drive forward our EDI agenda across the charity. This is an influential role where you can have a significant positive impact and drive change. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and many other stakeholders to build and champion our ED&I strategy. You will lead the programme of EDI activity across a number of workstreams to promote our EDI agenda helping us to become a truly inclusive charity that values difference and actively addresses any inappropriate behaviours. We are looking for an experienced EDI change specialist who will support the leadership team to lead change and embed the culture of equity, diversity and inclusion across the charity (employees, volunteers, cadets and apprentices) and to raise awareness and champion EDI in all that we do.

Requirements

You will have:

- A deep understanding and experience of leading an ED&I within a complex organisation.

- Specialist knowledge to act as the EDI subject matter expert with detailed knowledge of EDI legislation and regulations

and the practical implementation of this.

- Leadership skills with proven experience leading change.

- Experience of delivery new EDI initiatives across an organisation.

- Excellent project management and organisational skills to ensure implementation of the action plan.

- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills as a strong influencer and relationship builder

- Strong data and analytical skills to enable collection, analysis, develop and implement solutions as appropriate.

Who we are

Hillside Clubhouse is a co-produced mental health charity supporting people with severe mental illness and more common mental health conditions across Islington. With over half of the staff team bringing lived experience, members play an integral role in shaping the organisation. Hillside provides a wide range of recovery, well-being and employment services, including its Clubhouse activities, commercial kitchen and social enterprises, alongside IPS, Employment Advisors in Talking Therapies and IAG support. About the role

The Executive Director will be a values-driven leader, able to guide Hillside Clubhouse through its next phase of development and ensure that co-production, equity and lived experience remain fully embedded in their work. The new Executive Director will refresh Hillside’s strategy, identifying new opportunities for development whilst ensuring that member voices are at the heart of all major decisions. This role requires a balance of visionary leadership and an agile, diplomatic mindset that remains responsive to the evolving needs of members.

A central priority for the incoming Executive Director will be business development. They will have the ability to secure and diversify income streams, strengthening existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities. Hillside is looking for an innovative leader who can find areas for growth that align with their value-driven approach. A key focus area for the incoming Executive Director will be developing a fundraising strategy that ensures the long-term viability of the organisation.

The Executive Director will be responsible for amplifying Hillside’s presence externally, developing strong relationships in Islington and across London. As an outward-facing leader, the post-holder will have a deep understanding of the health and social care landscape, with the ability to develop Hillside’s relationships with key commissioners, funders and partners. Remaining receptive to

the experiences of members and frontline staff, the Executive Director will channel the voice of Hillside’s community, allowing them to shape the services that are delivered within Hillside and beyond.

Hillside is looking for a visible, approachable Executive Director with a strong presence in the Clubhouse environment, a relational leader who can forge connections with members and the wider team. The Director will also have a robust understanding of charity governance and the ability to build a strong relationship with the Board.
