As part of the RSPB’s 2030 strategy, we need to inspire many more, and more diverse people to take action for nature. Community Fundraising is a crucial channel to activate financial support from new audiences, and the Community Fundraising Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery of our new portfolio of fundraising products and to ensure the Community Fundraising team is embedded into new ways of working.

The role will be responsible for the smooth running of the team’s systems and delivery of products, and the ongoing monitoring of best practices and compliance across the community fundraising operation. This is an exciting time to join a team that is redefining its income stream.

Key activities will include:

• Responsibility for the management and operation of current Community Fundraising team and contribution to the delivery of products that are in the delivery pipeline.
• Define, allocate and manage work and responsibilities to line reports in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Monitor and review the work of line reports against KPIS to deliver operational work and ensure budget and best practices are met.
• Contribute to development of expertise provided to the business, monitoring external developments identifying risks and opportunities in order to facilitate continuous improvement in delivery of the RSPB’s strategy.
• Work with other RSPB teams to embed existing and new processes and systems (such as CRM) to enhance efficiency and future-proof the ways of working of the team.
• Contribute to effective stakeholder management that facilitates collaborative external and internal relationships with appropriate stakeholders.
• Develop own skills and capabilities within Community Fundraising to achieve high performance, celebrating successes and promoting the RSPB’s values and positive culture at all times.
• Provide technical expertise and analysis of the external context within Community Fundraising products to ensure standards as well as priorities are developed in line with business need and industry trends.
• Contribute to the definition of and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, organisational policy & frameworks and best practice fundraising standards within Community Fundraising.
• Responsibility for the management and operation of established Community Fundraising products and contribution to the delivery of new work.

The Supporter-led Fundraising (SLF) Department at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for mass fundraising, enabling individuals, communities and companies to support ARUK through their own talents and passions. As well as driving registrations and income through third party, virtual and mass participation events and managing these relationships to maximise income.

The Online Fundraising Team is key to the success of SLF as they work across Regional, Sporting Events, Marketing and Corporate teams to drive a future focussed department, exploring new technologies, audiences and opportunities for ARUK, testing the potential of these and advising other teams on how to capitalise on these.

The role of Online Fundraising Manager will work with the Senior Central Fundraising Manager to identify the strategy for the team, lead fundraising campaigns, and develop new propositions and ways of working for the team, department and wider organisation. This role will line manage two Online Fundraising Team Officers and one Online Fundraising Executive to support SLF in delivering our strategy and meet our departmental annual income target.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Supporter Engagement Team, Regional Fundraising Team, Corporate Team, Celebrity Team and Digital Team to ensure we are identifying and partaking in the latest, most relevant and time-worthy online fundraising campaigns to ensure maximum income generation for SLF and Alzheimer’s Research UK.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Line Management

· Recruitment, induction, training and ongoing line management of the Online Fundraising Team (OFT); providing direction and support to drive their success to ensure a highly motivated team, equipped to deliver the operational plan and support in reaching SLF’s targets.

· Conduct monthly one-to-ones, quarterly reviews and annual appraisals to ensure high performance and development within the team.

· Responsible for workload distribution among the OFT, ensuring focus on income generation, community engagement and operational priorities.

· Support, encourage and motivate the OFT to hit financial and non-financial targets and to work collaboratively across SLF and the wider charity.

· Responsible for inputting and translating the Team Strategy, executing operational plans and for the operational performance of the team.

· Ensure OFT is fully trained and are competent representatives of ARUK.

Digital Fundraising & Online Communities

· Support and coach the team to generate fundraising through online communities, including Facebook challenges, cryptocurrencies, streaming channels and new tech. You will provide guidance on content, stewardship, and conversion.

· Lead the Facebook Challenge strategy and translate this for all stakeholders. Bringing all relevant teams together to ensure the Challenges are reaching the right audiences, supporters are stewarded appropriately, and the opportunities of these events are maximised.

· Responsibility for managing and delivering c£500k from Facebook challenges p.a

· Develop and oversee strategies for crypto and streaming fundraising, identifying opportunities within Web3 communities and streaming ecosystems.

· Ownership of relationship with external agencies, holding regular check ins and ensuring the skill levels across the team of third-party systems.

· Monitor trends, campaign performance, and supporter behaviour to inform strategy adjustments and post-event improvements.

· Build relationships with other third sector organisations to share ideas, successes and concerns to build robust fundraising challenges and develop direction for new opportunities.

· Lead the creation of a Streaming New Product Development pipeline to test innovative fundraising approaches with content creators and streaming communities.

· Ensure the team effectively engages online communities to amplify ARUK activity and maximises supporter participation.

· Work with internal teams to ensure consistent supporter engagement and stewardship across all online platforms.

New Audiences & Partnerships

· Lead and oversee the development of partnerships with crypto/blockchain companies, gaming developers, industry events, and other relevant networks to expand supporter reach.

· Maximise fundraising opportunities through third-party collaborations and emerging digital channels.

· Work closely with the Celebrity Team to identify potential content creator fundraisers and ensure they are stewarded appropriately.

· Responsible for developing Online Fundraising Corporate strategy, providing guidance to team for developing corporate pipeline, building partnerships and maximising relationships.

· Work with Digital team to identify new potential fundraising platforms and digital methods of fundraising.

Team Management

· Attend relevant sector-wide meetings to understand latest trends to inform strategy and direction of team.

· Undertake evaluation of income area, considering contribution, ROI and long-term potential.

· Stay abreast of competitor activity, particularly in designated areas, to inform strategy.

· Develop a full understanding of ARUK systems including data, finance and compliance in order to support the team in creating well informed processes and use of systems.

· Champion the Online Fundraising Team across SLF and ARUK, sharing knowledge and education teams on the opportunities available.

· Upskill the OFT and team development, with focus on corporate applications and content creator proposals.

· Upskill internal teams (e.g. fundraising, corporate, philanthropy) to embed cryptocurrency and digital fundraising into everyday supporter interactions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently corporate income at Trinity averages £150-200k per annum and incorporates a small local business supporters programme, corporate sponsorship of hospice events or services and several larger corporate partnerships. The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a newly created role and they will work to increase income from corporate and business partners over the next 3 years. They will develop a strategy for growing this important area of fundraising and execute it. 

The successful candidate will build on what has been achieved to date to enhance our corporate offering, which will include engaging more businesses through the Local Business Heroes programme, working in partnership with other departments of the hospice to facilitate corporate volunteering and visits. They will work collaboratively with the Events Coordinator and Head of Philanthropy and Events to secure sponsorship for key events such as the RTH Gala Dinner, Dinner and Quiz, Opera at the Hospice, Light up A Life and others underpinning their financial success. In addition, we will look to the new Manager to enhance and develop our current offering. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be supported by a small team of Fundraising Executives as required and report to the Head of Fundraising.

The successful candidate will:

·Lead on developing and implementing an ambitious corporate fundraising strategy for our client to increase income to  £300k+ over the next three years.

·Manage and grow our existing corporate partnerships, retaining relationships where possible and increasing income.

·Improve both our promotion of corporate giving and the processes to steward corporate relationships.

·Manage and grow our SME programme Local Business Heroes with the support of the Fundraising Executives.

·Develop and deliver creative partnership plans, including stewardship, communication, and fundraising strategies.

·Identify and execute income generation, awareness, and volunteering opportunities with partners.

·Create and implement annual fundraising plans, coordinating with internal teams to support partner activities.

·Provide exceptional stewardship, fostering long-term relationships and new opportunities.

·Achieve and exceed financial targets, ensuring accurate income and expenditure tracking. 

·Attend and support partner events, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

·Provide timely and accurate reporting and information for distribution to the client Executive team and Board.

·Develop and review regularly income and expenditure budgets and income forecasting. 

·Collaborate with other fundraising colleagues (major gifts, events, trusts & foundations) to identify opportunities for corporate activity within the broader fundraising campaigns. 

·Maintain excellent internal relationships with the Communications team, as well as the Hospice clinical teams and other stakeholders (volunteering, retail, etc).

·Collaborate with the Communications team to build and implement promotional strategies and thank corporate supporters.

·Support the wider Fundraising team providing support and participating in other duties where required. 

Experience, knowledge, skills, and characteristics

Required:

·At least two years of corporate fundraising or corporate relationship management experience.

·A strong track record in managing corporate fundraising promotion and relationship management to achieve sustainable growth.

·An interest and understanding of the importance of corporate support for a local hospice or other charitable organisation. 

·A passion for fundraising and aligning with a corporate’s CSR / ESG goals to create meaningful change.

·Excellent relationship management and donor stewardship skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and other key stakeholders.

·Experience of running a variety of campaigns, events or products and monitoring budgets. 

·Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact successfully with a wide and varied group of supporters and colleagues. 

·Well-organised, and confident in planning and executing activities. 

·Demonstrably able to manage time and priorities workload effectively. 

·A proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and take initiative.

·A responsive and flexible approach to stakeholder’s needs and enquiries.

THE COMPANY:

Climate Spring is a global organisation dedicated to transforming how the climate crisis is represented in mainstream entertainment. Funded by philanthropic foundations, we work in partnership with creators, production companies, broadcasters and streamers to develop projects with the potential to shift the narrative on climate.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Development Producer, to provide development support for and oversee development projects on our growing development slate.

The Development producer will help manage the ideas that are submitted to the development fund, prepare and take part in editorial meetings, and build relationships with production companies that are serviced by Climate Spring, and help form new working relationships within the industry.

The development producer will assist the Head of Unscripted in preparing and delivering creative sessions to production companies and stakeholders. They will also help manage our unscripted contacts and prepare for community-building events with unscripted labels and talent.

You have a track record working on or developing unscripted formats a have good eye for commercially viable ideas for broadcasters streamers and online. A knowledge or experience with ad-funded content, whilst not essential, could be helpful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project managing funded TV development projects. This involves having regular meetings with production companies, industry bodies and experts.

• Working with the head of unscripted to prepare for editorial and funding meetings.

• Contributing to the editorial decisions made by Climate Spring

• Attending meetings with production companies – remotely and occasionally in person.

• Building relationships with development teams at different production companies

• Working with the head of development and other stakeholders to create new IP with strong climate narratives.

• Managing our submissions slate and funded development slate.

• Preparing materials for brainstorms.

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of events eg: Pitch Competitions, Training days, and social events.

MINIMUM ROLE CRITERIA:

Please Note: It is a requirement for this role for the candidate to be located outside of the M25 and with ability to commute to Manchester.

• Passion for climate and environmental issues

• Min 5 years working in content Production/development. This is not an entry level role, a strong editorial background is required.

• Experience in reading and writing treatments / TV Formats

• Proficiency using digital tools, including Google Office Suite, Zoom, Airtable, etc.

• Experience handling confidential information with tact and sensitivity.

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Line management and mentoring 5 direct line reports and oversight accountability for a team of 33 whole time equivalent employees (53 people) and 500 volunteers

Corporate Partnerships Executive

Reporting to: Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location of work: London-based with at least three days per week required at Deutsche Bank’s London Office. JOB PURPOSE

Magic Breakfast has a motivated and high performing Corporate Partnerships team which was recently successful in securing a transformational partnership with Deutsche Bank, beginning in January 2026. We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager who will together be dedicated to supporting that partnership over the next two years.

Background on the partnership:

Deutsche Bank’s UK Charity of the Year programme is a two-year partnership with Magic Breakfast beginning January 2026 with an ambition of raising £2m over that time. The partnership will be significant for the charity. Going beyond fundraising, the company aims to unlock further value by helping to build the charity’s capacity and provide access to in-house resources and expertise. Through their partnership with Magic Breakfast, Deutsche Bank is committed to enabling young people to develop life skills and emotional resilience whilst promoting social and economic equality for young people. The partnership also has the potential ensure a legacy beyond the 24-month partnership.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will work with a Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver one of the charity’s largest, most high-profile and multi-faceted partnerships to date. Together you will work closely with colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the organisation, to maximise potential of this transformational partnership.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the CSR Team at Deutsche Bank and their wider employee network.

In addition, you will be expected to support other corporate partnerships and collaborate with the wider fundraising team to deliver projects and implement processes that support Magic Breakfast’s Fundraising & Development team in achieving its income targets and wider success.

Partnership management:

• Work with the Partnerships Manager to produce compelling and timely reports for the funder.
• Work with the Partnerships Manager and Volunteering Executive to develop and coordinate a volunteering programme for Deutsche Bank’s workforce.
• Engage Deutsche Bank’s workforce through webinars, school visits and employee fundraising activity and campaigns, helping to build recognition of Magic Breakfast.
• Represent Magic Breakfast at events hosted by Deutsche Bank and brief other Magic Breakfast representatives when required.

Internal working:

•  Work with the Partnerships Manager to create a partnership development plan to maximise the potential of Deutsche Bank.
• Work collaboratively with the Corporate Partnerships Team and Fundraising & Development Team to support broader departmental and organisational goals.
• Support growth by proactively identifying introductions to new prospects, whether corporate contacts or philanthropists.
• Work closely with all departments where relevant across Magic Breakfast to maximise the potential of the partnership in delivering the charity’s 2025-2028 Business Plan.
• Engage with Service Delivery team to enable school visits and volunteering opportunities to engage Deutsche Bank employees.
• Engage with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure that partnership comms and PR opportunities are optimised.
• Take part in organisation-wide working groups and projects to support the charity’s strategic goals and initiatives.

Planning, reporting and due diligence:

• Maintain accurate financial forecasting including updating monthly records.
• Ensure that Deutsche Bank and any third parties that work with Magic Breakfast  as a result of the partnership adhere to our ethical fundraising policy, and flag any risks upwards for resolution if necessary.
• Ensure all partnership activity is carried out in line with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, and that key documents such as partner contracts are saved on Salesforce.
• Taking an active role in delivering and evaluating progress against the charity’s three year business plan, Fundraising strategy and as well as Corporate Partnerships team objectives and KPIs.
• Inform and support the development of the Fundraising and Development Team budget with understanding and oversight of the charity’s overall budget and accounts.
• Effectively support the day-to-day financial management of the team.
• Take responsibility for the operationalisation of Magic Breakfast’s policies and practice in relation to safeguarding, risk management, and GDPR across the team.

General:

• Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas, best practice and supporting team members where necessary.
• Help to maintain a positive working environment, keeping the vision of Magic Breakfast and our values at the heart of everything we do.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge and Experience

• Up to date with corporate fundraising landscape, particularly the financial services sector.
• Some experience of delivering corporate/charity partnerships within the charity or corporate sector. (desirable)
• Understanding of the importance of due diligence in the charity sector to ensure that all partners meet our ethical fundraising criteria.
• Experience in planning and delivering events for external stakeholders.
• Experience of income forecasting and reporting.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
• Proven success of good stakeholder relationship-building and management (both internally and externally), with the ability collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously managing a varied workload and work under pressure to deadlines.
•  A collaborative team player with the confidence to effectively contribute remotely across teams and departments and inspire others.
• High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages and experience of using a fundraising database Salesforce or similar CRM for relationship management and income forecasting purposes.
• Experience of using Asana (desirable).

We’re looking for a Head of Estates, Facilities and Safety to oversee our commercial property portfolio, including our London office. You’ll manage a dedicated team, tackle operational challenges, control costs, and ensure our properties continue to support the charity’s mission to improve the lives of dogs.

What does this role do?
As Head of Estates, Facilities and Safety, you will:

• develop and deliver a long-term commercial property strategy, working with colleagues responsible for centres and shops.
• lead health, safety, and risk management across all properties and embed risks into business continuity planning.
• oversee leases, contracts, and agreements to maximise value, minimise risk, and ensure compliance.
• manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure properties support financial sustainability.
• oversee facilities management, maintenance, and development projects, including the London office.
• support sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and achieve net-zero targets.

First stage interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 8thDecember 2025 and will take place on Teams. Second stage interviews are provisionally scheduled for 18th December 2025 at our London office.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you'll need senior-level experience in property and facilities management, ideally with a RICS Certificate. You'll have strong commercial and financial acumen, be an effective communicator, and able to make strategic decisions under pressure. You'll understand building regulations, health and safety, compliance, and sustainability, and have proven leadership in developing high-performing teams across multiple sites.
