How to become a Campaigns Manager

Considering a career as a Campaigns Manager?

Campaign Managers orchestrate and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target potential charity supporters. Usually working under a Head of Marketing but managing a team, Campaign Managers oversee the end-to-end process of campaigns from the conception of an idea all the way to delivery and analysis. These campaigns can be digital, direct mail, TV and broadcast, print or through other means. Campaign Managers work with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns, measure their performance and report on their effectiveness.

From there, I started looking at the different roles available at organisations that resonated with me. This eventually led me to Mencap [as Activism Manager].' “
