Job description

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for bringing people together to make a difference? We’re looking for an Events & Challenges Partner to join our fundraising team and help shape the future of our events programme at Cornwall Hospice Care.

This is an exciting opportunity to reinvigorate and reimagine the challenges and events we offer to our supporters — creating fresh, engaging experiences that inspire our community and drive vital income for local hospice care.

In this role, you will:

· Develop and deliver a dynamic programme of events and fundraising challenges, blending innovation with tried-and-tested success.

· Work in partnership with external providers to deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

· Collaborate closely with fundraising groups and colleagues, offering guidance, creativity, and support to maximise engagement and impact.

· Identify opportunities to grow participation and diversify income streams, ensuring our events remain relevant, exciting, and sustainable.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Brings energy, initiative, and fresh ideas to every project.

· Has experience in event management, partnerships, or fundraising.

· Can balance creativity with excellent planning and delivery skills.

· Is passionate about making a real difference for people living with life-limiting illnesses in Cornwall.

At Cornwall Hospice Care, every event tells a story — of compassion, courage, and community. If you’re ready to help write the next chapter, we’d love to hear from you.

To find out more about this exciting opportunity, please look at our recruitment prospectus. Apply now and help us create meaningful moments that matter
