Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. We provide housing and support until women can make the transition into their own homes, with some long-arm support extending beyond this period.
The Area Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO to help develop and manage the existing service as well as a new detox provision. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Providing guidance to Specialist Support Manager, Project workers and Volunteers to support their professional development, ensuring that the service is run professionally, efficiently and effectively.
· Fostering a holistic approach to supporting staffs needs, through supervision and appraisals.
· Seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at project/ organisational level
· Creating and developing a group programme which meets the needs of the women and aims of the project, such as effective communication and conflict resolution
· Planning and managing the staff rota and Out of Hours emergency on call rota, required to meet the needs of the service
· Reviewing and auditing the service on a continual basis, ensuring that it meets both the needs of the residents and quality standards.

Purpose of the Role
The Membership & Communications Manager is a new part time role at the School Partnerships Alliance, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with our Executive Assistant. You will join us at an exciting time as we develop our new organisational strategy and expand our current school membership offer. As this is a new position this post does not currently have direct reports, but there may be an opportunity to recruit additional team member(s) as the organisation continues to grow over the next 12-18 months. You will be required to work closely with both our CEO and Director of Programmes and Research to lead on the development and delivery of the membership strategy, both stewarding and growing our membership base year on year. You will also be required to manage our new website, provide support with our social media, and ensure that all member communications align with both our brand values and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a new, robust membership strategy that supports the S.P.A.’s key objectives. This will include new member acquisition, current member retention and ensuring that stewardship of school members is effective and fit for purpose. You will work with the Director of Programmes and Research to help deliver a credible school partnerships CPD programme and collaborate with the wider S.P.A. team to create a tangible, attractive membership offer (both on and off-line) that will bring schools together, challenge existing partnership practice and support new thinking.
- Actively identify, solicit and enrol new schools as members, building and maintaining an evolving pipeline of new membership prospects.
- Plan and prepare for meetings with current and potential members and accompany CEO and/or Director of Programmes and Research to cultivation meetings where appropriate.
- Be the first point of call for all members and with the support of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, oversee the processing of all new membership applications, renewals and invoices and ensure all enquiries from existing and prospective members are responded to in a timely manner.
- Work with the wider team to confirm a calendar of membership events across the school year. These will take place both online and/or in locations across the UK, so occasional travel will be required.
- Oversee the membership budget and provide quarterly income forecasts and reports to the CEO and Trustees, monitoring and reporting against income targets.
- Build and maintain partnerships with wider S.P.A. stakeholders to include external school membership organisations, MATs and S.P.A. trustees.
- Empower S.P.A. staff and our trustee board to support membership development, utilising their talents and networks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Philanthropy Leadership
- Leads strategy, planning and operation of the major gift, trusts & foundations and corporate giving channels.
- Develops annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) and Executive Team.
- Strategically identifies and qualifies potential new donors to grow the prospect pipeline.
- Prepares development communications: solicitation and acknowledgement letters; case statements and proposals; stewardship reports; briefing notes; gift agreements.

The role of is a senior position within the Young Lewisham Project. The role is responsible for the workshop staff, young people and project management of the referral groups and activities. About you and the role
This is a pivotal role, at a pivotal moment for us. We are entering a critical growth phase, which includes rapidly expanding our own operations and managing significant external partnership. As Head of Finance & Systems, you will be accountable for ensuring we have the right systems and structures in place to grow at pace without detriment to good governance.
The purpose of this role is to lead on our finance strategy, and ensure all of our systems, reporting and processes are helping to drive forward the charity and deliver on our objectives at scale. You will oversee all financial administration, ensuring this is carried out proficiently and in line with all legal and regulatory requirements, including ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all statutory filings are made accurately and on time. We are looking for someone with a strong news sense and experience in Press and Public Relations. You will have a demonstrable background of proactively getting organisations involved in the public conversations that matter – while reflecting the confidential nature and sensitivities around domestic abuse and mental health. We aim to proactively generate more awareness of our work and its impact, including our unique position in the women’s and mental health sectors.
The role will be responsible for proactive and reactive media relations; effective engagement on social media; developing engaging content for our website; drafting copy for and producing marketing materials, including our e-newsletter. A highly autonomous role, you will work closely with our Chief Executive, fundraising, counselling, and research teams. You will also be engaging regularly with the Board of trustees, supporting our Chief Executive in our work and mission.

About the team

About this role
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Executive at Impetus plays a vital role in providing high-level administrative and project management support to the Chief Executive and ensuring the smooth operating of the Senior Management Team (SMT). The EA acts as a key liaison between the Chief Executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing sensitive information and handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

Key responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Chief Executive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.

Energy Sparks is an online energy management tool and energy education programme specifically designed to help schools reduce their electricity and gas usage through the analysis of smart meter data. Energy Sparks helps pupils and the wider school community to reduce their school’s carbon emissions, and make a real contribution to addressing the 'climate emergency'. Energy Sparks started in 2017 in Bath, and is now working with over 1000 schools across the UK.

The Role
As the Chief Finance Officer, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organisation’s financial functions, with overarching responsibility for financial control, reporting, planning and analysis, and finance operations. You will ensure robust financial stewardship, support data-driven decision-making, and enable long-term sustainability and growth through strong financial leadership and insight.
This role is a key member of that team, working alongside the Deputy Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, and Chief Business Improvement and Technology Officer. Together, you will shape the organisation’s strategy, culture, and delivery.

About You
You will be passionate about making a meaningful difference through strong financial stewardship and have substantial senior finance leadership experience, ideally within a charitable, social care, health, or values-led organisation.
You will have/be:
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) with a strong understanding of charity finance and Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) requirements.
- Proven success in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management in a complex, multi-stakeholder setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage audits, lead financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting income diversification, including contract-based services, fundraising, and trading subsidiaries.
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams, including business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.

An exciting position has arisen for a Head of Finance to join an excellent Community Foundation on a permanent basis. The postholder will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be part of the executive team, leading a team of 7.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and improve the Trust’s finance function and provide accurate, timely and relevant financial reports as required by the CEO
- Be the Executive Lead of the Finance Audit and Risk Committee, ensuring timely papers to the CEO and to the Committee and Board as required
- Ensure the provision and reporting of financial accounts, forecasting and large-scale project/programme budgets
- Oversight of the legal and financial statutory processes in line with the Charity Commission and Companies House requirements, including the annual audit
- Allocating tasks for timely responses and keeping all colleagues abreast of progress
- Monitor, cash flow, reserves, analysis of performance against the organisation’s annual business plan and dashboard as it relates to the finance function
- Contribute to the overall leadership of the Trust and to the Trust’s future strategic and operational planning
- Direct line management of 3 staff, indirectly manage 7
- Ensuring an excellent service to all budget managers, enabling them to make effective use of all systems and monitor and manage their income and expenditure
- To attend the Executive Team meetings and provide reports
Successful candidate profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Significant track record in a Head of Finance / FD role for a Charity
- Experience of implementing enhanced reporting tools
- Experience of cost-effective procurement in line with policy
- Extensive staff management experience
Salary: up to £80,000 per annum + excellent benefits
