As Project Coordinator, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the programme, keeping activity planned, information up to date and communication clear across teams, participants, volunteers and partners. You will help maintain the programme prospectus, manage enquiries, track engagement and outcomes, and support participants to move between opportunities in a way that feels joined up and meaningful. You will also help build relationships with colleges, employers, training providers and community organisations, opening up new routes for people to build skills, confidence and independence.

This role is based in our London office, involves addressing public and customer queries, proactively contacting stakeholders for query management and service updates, and escalating issues to the Public Support and Registrations Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement Engagement Customer Service Team processes and procedures; support and advise team members and staff.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver excellent service to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage stakeholder contact to complete Services and Registrations.
• Coordinate project information to maintain FAQs and resolve public queries.
• Record all correspondence with stakeholders as needed.
• Evaluate stakeholder feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Produce written reports as required.
• Monitor and respond to emails in Considerate Constructors inboxes, within the specified allotted time.
• Answer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Accurately collate stakeholder information in the business management system.
• Acknowledge and fulfil orders promptly.
• Travel to projects to investigate, facilitate, and provide feedback.
• Assist stakeholders with errors and damaged goods, coordinating with relevant teams or suppliers.
• Manage escalated calls and emails to the Compliance and Risk team.
• Obtain contact details for stakeholders registered as ‘not known’.
• Assist stakeholders with portal login and reset issues.
• Perform other stakeholder and research tasks as directed by management or the team leader.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experienced in a multi-faceted stakeholder fulfilment environment.
• Preferred experience in Public Liaison and Client Registration type role in construction.
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
• A positive and confident communicator.
• Proven ability to use IT based systems, able to operate Microsoft 365 products with an understanding of Salesforce would be of benefit.

Email Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

As Email Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative email marketing campaigns that boost engagement and drive conversions. In this vital and rewarding role you will be responsible for the end-to-end email marketing process – from campaign planning, content development, A/B testing, list management, automation, personalisation, performance tracking and reporting.

Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:

• Leading the enhancement and optimisation of our email strategy to boost engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue.
• Simplifying and improving email production processes to boost efficiency across key teams, especially in fundraising and commercial.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create personalised campaign journeys that enhance supporter engagement and lifetime value and to ensure the proper and accurate segmentation of supporter data for all campaigns.
• Collaborating with the Digital Development Manager to design, implement, and analyse campaigns, using a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimise performance and enhance engagement.
• Managing our email welcome journey for e-news sign-ups, and supporting the development of other supporter journeys for a range of audiences across the team.
• Day-to-day management of the email marketing programme, including drafting, building and managing campaigns and automations, and managing audiences.
• Working with colleagues and drawing on existing data to develop insights and understanding about our supporters, and using this information to develop content which is engaging, informative, and which meets supporters’ needs.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Degree level education or equivalent in experience.
• Experience of managing email send platforms, including building customer journeys and reporting email success metrics, and strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and optimisation strategies.
• Experience in supporter stewardship communications and journey planning to enhance engagement and maximise lifetime value.
• Excellent written English with experience of writing for the web, along with good copywriting skills and editorial capability, able to manage the content lifecycle, with a keen sense of brand awareness.
• Excellent consultancy skills, able to translate digital terminology and processes into clear and concise language for a variety of stakeholders.

No Second Night Out provides a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough.

We are currently looking for two Case Coordinators to join our No Second Night Out Team in the following areas:

• 1 x Coordinator – Working across the East London Assessment Hub and Staging Posts (at Amhurst Road/Northumberland Park on occasion).

In the role of Case Coordinator you will work flexibly to support clients where they need us the most:

• Playing a central role in coordinating the day to day case work of the Staging Post/Hub team to ensure high quality personalised casework.
• Work in partnership with local authorities, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that clients move on from the service into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
• Line manage and provide essential support and supervision to Assessment and Reconnection Workers.
• In this non-shift role you will work mainly within normal office hours Monday – Friday, however, on occasion you may be asked to work flexibly in order to support the team or a particular client on an evening or weekend.

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service based in the North Lincolnshire area.

Position: 000014 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, North Lincolnshire. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (this will include regular home visits, and may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week

Salary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)

Contract: Our services are contracted, we currently have funding until 31 March 2028.

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:

· Making introductory calls to stroke survivors and carers, identify their needs and their desired support pathway through the service.

· Delivering an effective service in line with our case management principles ensuring that confidential and accurate records are kept on our CRM database.

· Organise and deliver community engagement activities such as awareness events and service presentations to promote the service and raise awareness of stroke and its risk factors

· Provide personalised information, advice and support using a person-centred approach through a variety of contact methods including home visits.

· Working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations involved in the care of stroke survivors and carers to ensure the best possible support is provided throughout the stroke pathway.

About You

The post holder will have experience/background in:

· Providing person centred support.

· Working to improve outcomes for individuals/communities

· Using technology and IT systems to support your work and keep timely, accurate records.

· Working collaboratively with other professionals in a variety of settings.

· Deliverig presentations and organising local events

Family Support Coordinator

The Role

Dad Matters Gloucestershire is part of the wider family support offer. It focuses on improving the wellbeing, confidence and engagement of fathers and male caregivers, particularly during pregnancy, early parenthood and times of family stress or transition.

This role will focus on engaging fathers who may be less likely to access traditional services, including through outreach, hospital-based engagement, family hub delivery, one-to-one support and home visiting. You will build and manage a targeted caseload aligned to family hubs and areas of highest need and bring specialist knowledge of father engagement whilst contributing to the ongoing development of Dad Matters practice across the organisation.

This role requires flexibility, including regular out-of-hours work, to ensure fathers can access support at times and in places that work for them.

Key accountabilities include:

• Deliver high-quality, targeted support to fathers and male caregivers
• Lead outreach and engagement activity with fathers and underrepresented groups
• Act as a specialist in father engagement within the wider family support team
• Contribute to the effective delivery and development of Dad Matters across the locality
• Work in partnership with local services to strengthen support for fathers and families

About You

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of supporting fathers and male caregivers, and who can build trust with people who may be unsure about asking for help. You will be confident working with families, able to manage a caseload, and comfortable delivering support in a range of settings including hospitals, family hubs, homes and community spaces.

You will need to be flexible, relational and practical, with the ability to work some evenings or weekends to reach fathers at the right time.

You will bring:

• Experience of working with families, fathers, parents or caregivers
• Experience of providing outreach support to families or individuals
• An understanding of the challenges families can face during pregnancy, early parenthood and family life
• Strong relationship-building skills

The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to stroke survivors and their carers/family members across Sheffield.

You will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Supporting newly diagnosed stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

· Supporting a diverse caseload including anyone experiencing communication or cognitive difficulties

· Providing support via a combination of face-to-face visits, telephone calls, emails or letters and digital methods (such as video calls).

· Using a person-centred and person first approach to provide specific, tailored information, advice and support to stroke survivors and their carers.

· Empowering stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to live life well after stroke.

· Working with other health and social care professionals across the stroke pathway to ensure high quality support.

· Working from home but as part of a team of coordinators.

· Delivering stroke support groups in the area.

· Visiting stroke survivors in hospital to introduce the Stroke Recovery Service and provide information and support.

About You

You will have:

· Experience working with people within a health and/or social care profession or other caring capacity.

· Experience of maintaining accurate records using IT skills and database systems.

· Effective caseload management and organisational skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a diverse range of people.

· Experience designing and facilitating groups.

· A flexible working approach, being able to work independently and use initiative.

This role requires extensive travel across the service area to visit people at home, in hospital and community settings as well as running groups across Sheffield and also travel further afield for team and Locality meetings. The Role

Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. The Role

Support those who Care

This is an exciting opportunity to join our service supporting Carers across City of London to improve their health and wellbeing, and access support that meets their needs. We are working with Carers from a range of cultures, and it would be an advantage to speak Bengali.

The team work holistically with Carers to understand their individual circumstances and level of need. You’ll carry out home visits and community-based meetings, co-produce support plans, and develop effective relationships with Carers, families, and professionals. Main Duties & Responsibilities

Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of volunteers across all Hospice roles, including clinical, wellbeing, family support, retail, fundraising, finance, facilities and administrative roles.
• Deliver a high-quality, seamless onboarding experience for volunteer applicants.
• Co-deliver monthly Introduction to Volunteering sessions, including follow-up engagement.

Compliance & Governance

• Oversee volunteer compliance, ensuring volunteers, where required:

• Arrange regular meetings with Hospice volunteer managers to:

  • Analyse data and service needs

• Be a main point of contact for volunteers in key operational roles (e.g. IPU Kitchen, Meet & Greet), including recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and ongoing support

• Manage and organise tasks for admin volunteers within the Voluntary Services team.

• Support with the planning and delivery of an annual programme of volunteer engagement events (e.g. Sunday lunches, feedback forums, seasonal events): Coordinate event logistics including communications, RSVPs, venues, catering and health & safety.
• Actively gather, review and respond to volunteer feedback to continuously improve the volunteer experience.

You may have worked as a midwife, maternity support worker, antenatal educator, early year’s practitioner, family support worker, health-related practitioner, or in another relevant role supporting families during pregnancy and the early years.

• Experience or strong knowledge of antenatal support, pregnancy and early parenthood
• Confidence delivering group sessions or antenatal education
• Good understanding of early attachment, infant development and postnatal adjustment

• Supporting the Director with the development and implementation of a communications strategy, enhancing awareness of the organisation's work and impact.

• To represent AFRIL at a range of stakeholder meetings, and develop and manage partnerships to benefit AFRIL’s service users.

• To work collaboratively and dynamically in a small team, following AFRIL policies and reflecting AFRIL’s values.
