Job description

The Head of Operations and Business Development will lead on the strategic development and overview of all Lancashire Women service delivery, providing inspirational and visible leadership for operational staff and ensuring safe, high quality and efficient service delivery.
Our Operational provision is challenging and dynamic running across four core areas of work: Mental Health and Wellbeing, Criminal Justice and Safety (including multiple and complex needs), Employment Support and Money Advice and Guidance. The role will support innovation and development of Lancashire Women’s Whole System Approach (WSA) linking our core work as a dynamic and holistic methodology in providing support for women and communities.
The post holder will ensure a strategic and robust performance management framework is in place, ensuring that service delivery is efficient and effective, and in adherence to financial and contractual targets and measures.
The role will drive the review and implementation of the Business Development Strategy ensuring Lancashire Women’s growth through dynamic innovation and transformational service improvement, building on current activity and supporting the organisational strategic plan.
