The Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, the Email Marketing Manager will drive conversions, engagement and income through email marketing activity. This will encompass the entire customer journey for supporters, beneficiaries and professional audiences: from nurturing leads to conversion, and from retaining customers to reactivation.
Key responsibilities will include:

Role Description
Veganuary is recruiting a part-time HR Manager who will work to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle across our International operation. This standalone HR position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will manage and continue to develop all HR practices and processes ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations across the countries that Veganuary operates in. Core Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, contacting candidates, arranging interviews and onboarding

Our recruitment process normally takes 2- 3 weeks and usually consists of 4 stages as follows:

In this role you’ll be both strategic and hands-on, solely managing the financial controls for this small charity with a £350k annual turnover. You will support the Director and senior management team through your management of financial processes, policy and planning.
This will include using accountancy software to process income and expenditure, producing management accounts for the senior management team and Board, and ensuring the charity reports to its key funders, including Arts Council England.

Chance for Childhood believes that no child should have to fight for a safe, happy childhood.

Duties
The role will involve a combination of stewardship and new business, helping us to secure support from more trusts, foundations and businesses who share our passion for transforming the lives of children in the communities with whom we work.
Key duties will be to:
- Prospect and research potential grantmakers and businesses who share our strategic objectives
- Take a relationships-based approach wherever possible, establishing warm relationships between partners and Chance for Childhood
- Provide input to the 2025-2030 fundraising strategy, using your experience and knowledge of the fundraising landscape to help us devise an ambitious but sustainable plan to safeguard our work for the next five years
- Maintain a strong pipeline of funding opportunities
- Draft compelling, creative and persuasive funding proposals
- Secure four, five and six figure grants from trusts and foundations
- Manage a small portfolio of trusts and corporate partners, maintaining an accurate calendar of reporting and stewardship expectations
- Write and submit accurate reports to funders’ deadlines
- Beyond meeting formal reporting requirements, provide outstanding informal stewardship to funders, developing strong relationships and increasing the chances of repeat funding

Person specification:
A highly organised, detail-oriented self-starter who engenders credibility and trust with stakeholders, you will have good working knowledge of corporate and trusts and foundations fundraising, and very strong written and verbal communication skills.
To be the right fit for this role, you do not need to have a degree. You do not need experience in international development fundraising, although this would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
