What the job involves

We’re looking for a Customer Research Analyst to join our Customer Insight Team in a newly created role.

As a Customer Research Analyst, you’ll help us understand our supporters, donors and stakeholders even better. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll deliver research that brings our customers’ needs to life, supports informed decisions and drives meaningful engagement.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver both quantitative and qualitative research, providing clear and actionable insights that help shape strategy. Alongside the Customer Research Manager, you’ll help champion the use of insight in everything we do, identifying opportunities for market intelligence and consumer research along the way.

You’ll take part in pre- and post-campaign evaluations, design and run customer surveys, interpret data and share findings that inspire action. You’ll also collaborate with external research agencies, when needed, and help develop and promote our Insights Library so knowledge is shared and accessible to everyone.

We’re looking for a Customer Research Analyst who’s curious, analytical and eager to make a real impact through insight. Sounds great, what will I be doing?

Our family women refuge's offer holistic support in order to empower women and their children who have experienced trauma to lead their recovery and gain the skills and confidence to move on safely. The Team Manager is responsible for the operational running and strategic direction of the refuge. Providing line management and leadership to the staff team, leading on contract and compliance and the safety, security and maintenance of the refuge, ensuring that the building aligns with our PIPE (Psychologically Informed Physical Environment) building standards and rental income is secured. 

The Team Manager plays a central role in ensuring the refuge is a safe, trauma-informed, and welcoming space for women and children fleeing domestic abuse. They promote an inclusive, anti-racist, and feminist approach while upholding Hestia's values of respect, dedication, and collaboration. Core responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols, and facilitating the safe transition of service users. The manager ensures the team delivers high-quality, person-centred support, particularly for individuals with complex or intersectional needs.

In terms of operational and building management, the Team Manager is responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the refuge in line with health and safety and PIPE (Psychologically Informed Physical Environment) standards. This includes managing relationships with landlords and housing teams, authorising repairs, handling rent collection and arrears, and addressing any security concerns. They also oversee the accurate and timely turnaround of vacant units and uphold positive community relations to ensure the refuge remains a secure and respected environment.

The role also involves leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring all staff are well-supported through supervision, reflective practice, and training opportunities. The manager upholds staffing levels, supports volunteers and students, and manages performance and conduct issues where necessary. Quality assurance and compliance duties include monitoring performance against KPIs, using systems like INFORM and Power BI, handling feedback and complaints, and ensuring financial accountability. They also represent Hestia in strategic planning, external networks, and multi-agency partnerships to strengthen service delivery and community integration.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The ideal candidate should possess a solid general education, ideally with Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. They should either hold a SafeLives Service Manager qualification or be willing to work towards it. Experience in supervising staff and delivering high-quality support to individuals with diverse needs and risks is essential, as is a strong understanding of risk assessment and management in domestic abuse contexts. A good grasp of performance monitoring, welfare benefits, housing legislation—particularly the rights of domestic abuse survivors under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021—is also required.

Applicants should demonstrate a strong background in working within domestic abuse services, whether in the community or in a refuge setting. They must understand and value co-production, ensuring services are developed in partnership with those who use them. Effective communication skills are key, along with confidence in using IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Power BI. A clear understanding of safeguarding practices and health and safety legislation is crucial, with the ability to implement relevant policies effectively.

The role demands emotional resilience and the ability to work under pressure, especially in crisis situations involving traumatised or vulnerable women and children. A strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practices is essential, as is the ability to work independently within established policies and procedures. Flexibility and the ability to travel within the borough and beyond when required are also necessary for this position.

As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across South East London, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.

You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.

You’ll be a key driver of our Inspiring Futures initiative —helping young people break down barriers and imagine bigger futures.

 Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities
• Focus on expanding our reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation
• Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings
• Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired
• Work with your regional team to meet shared goals and celebrate local impact
• Help secure local funding by supporting fundraising efforts and managing project deliverables
• Support the planning of events, trade fairs and celebrations for young people
• Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre

A few practical things:

• This is a hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly (a car and full driving licence are essential)
• You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times
• Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions—it’s all part of the fun!

Join the award-winning Moving Medicine team, led by the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK. We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead two impactful patient-centred physical activity projects.

About the role:

Moving Medicine is an award-winning initiative of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK (FSEM) aimed at improving health through physical activity. It provides healthcare professionals with practical tools and evidence-based resources to promote physical activity in clinical practice. Moving Medicine is our free, award-winning initiative, designed to provide clinicians and allied health professionals with accessible, evidence based, condition specific information to help give advice on physical activity at all stages of a patient’s treatment pathway.

We are expanding our impact through the development of additional Moving Medicine resources for patients. This role will include project managing two large, interlinked projects, with time split across both:

One project is in conjunction with Nuffield Health, the project funders, will initially focus on publishing the newly built Moving Medicine Everyone website (due for publication in November 2025) and accompanying educational resources. The Project Manager will work closely with Moving Medicine clinicians, healthcare partners, stakeholders, and academic collaborators. A key aspect of this role will be to coordinate stakeholder engagement, facilitate collaborative input from academic and clinical experts, and support the demonstration of social impact through evaluation and dissemination activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning the project with strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.

The other project, Moving Together, is a national collaborative initiative led by the FSEM in partnership with Active Partnerships National Office and funded by Sport England (National Lottery). The project is building a broad cross-sector network and aims to empower people with long-term health conditions to access physical activity by removing barriers, developing evidence-based frameworks, training resources, and governance structures that enable consistent, safe, and effective physical activity conversations across sectors and systems. Working closely with clinicians, patients, policymakers, and professional bodies, Moving Together connects national standards with local implementation, supporting workforce development, data-driven evaluation, and sustainable behaviour change to improve population health and reduce inequalities.

The Project Manager will split their time across both projects, which are closely connected in their goals and approach, and will play a key role in ensuring alignment and synergy between them. This includes supporting shared stakeholders, integrating learning and resources, and contributing to a unified strategy for improving physical activity access and outcomes for patients.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team, bringing strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset to drive forward these high impact, patient-centred initiatives.

Salary: £21,000–£28,000 (£35,000 FTE)
Contract: Permanent, Part-time (22.5–30 hours per week)
Location: Home-based within the UK, with occasional travel to London and fundraising events

Overcoming MS is a dynamic charity dedicated to supporting people living with multiple sclerosis through evidence-based lifestyle changes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team and make a real impact by helping grow and diversify the charity’s income.

In this role, you will lead on community and event fundraising, individual giving, and donor stewardship. You’ll develop and implement fundraising plans, manage donor relationships, and deliver engaging campaigns and events. Working closely with the Head of Income Generation and wider team, you’ll help shape the charity’s fundraising strategy and support its mission to empower people with MS.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field (ideally in a small charity setting)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling fundraising materials
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A digital-first mindset and confidence using digital platforms for fundraising

Job Title: Services Manager (Penny Brohn UK for GenesisCare)

The role

As Services Manager, you’ll lead a team of 8 Wellbeing Consultants across GenesisCare centres in England. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of staff and therapists, ensuring high quality, compassionate care for people living with cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Wellbeing Consultants
• Conduct regular site visits, role observations, and audits
• Assist recruitment, induction, and training of new staff
• Ensure quality assurance and safe practice across the service
• Deputise for the Head of Services when required

The individual we are looking for will have:  

• Recent experience supporting people in a clinical setting
• Proven experience of managing remote teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience in training delivery and evaluation
• A relevant healthcare or professional qualification (e.g. Nurse, counsellor)
