As our Sponsor Care Lead, you’re more than just a connector. You’re the bridge between Social Friday and the partners who believe in our mission. You’ll work directly with the founder to craft sponsorship strategies, build meaningful relationships, and keep sponsors engaged, excited, and invested in the game-changing power of Fridays.

This isn’t about cold calls and contracts. It’s about creating connections, aligning visions, and making every partnership a win-win.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies that align with Social Friday’s mission and impact goals

• Identify potential sponsors and initiate conversations that lead to lasting partnerships

• Craft compelling pitches that communicate Social Friday’s story and value proposition

• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors, managing communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsor needs with Social Friday’s initiatives and storytelling

• Track sponsor engagement and ensure that each partnership delivers maximum value

• Maintain a sponsorship pipeline, from prospecting to securing deals and post-event follow-ups

• Organize and execute sponsor-related events, meetings, and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sponsorship, business development, or partnership management

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, the kind of person who can get a ‘yes’ where others might get a ‘maybe’

• Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect brands with purpose-driven initiatives

• Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress

• A knack for building relationships that feel less transactional and more like teamwork

• Passion for purpose-driven work and a genuine interest in impact, connection, and positive change

In this role you’ll be able to develop your listening and communication skills, as well as your knowledge of local services. Most importantly you’ll help people affected by MS to access the help they need.

Another Way is a charity founded by Amy Bray in 2019, when she was 16. Another Way is an educational environment charity. We educate and influence those around us, inspiring all to live with kindness towards our planet. We are youth-led with a multi-generational appeal.

We are scaling fast, particularly as our Power of 10 app grows, extending our community of young changemakers. The Another Way charity team now requires support for the Board of Trustees.

ROLE HEADLINES

The clerk will play an administrative and procedural role, supporting the smooth and compliant operation of the charity’s governance and trustee meetings, a key member of the team.

Below are the details of the role and we invite applications that demonstrate experience in the areas outlined including both charity clerk and ideally familiarity with company secretarial duties. We envisage this voluntary role to require approximately two days per month/ 2-3 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meeting Management:

• Convening and supporting meetings of the trustees.
• Taking minutes of trustee meetings.
• Dealing with trustee correspondence between meetings.

Other Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Chair of Trustees and the Chief Executive Officer.

RNOH Charity is a vital partner in the way the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital delivers care. Since its inception in 1997, the Charity has raised and administered millions of pounds in donations, which have funded numerous essential projects around the hospital.

We are looking for an experienced marketing or fundraising professional to help raise our charity’s profile and enhance the impact and innovation of our fundraising campaigns. You will play a key role in supporting our team to diversify and grow our funding streams; particularly unrestricted income. We would welcome applications from across both commercial and charity sectors.

In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic guidance on the planning and execution of marketing and fundraising campaigns, with a focus on channel strategy and donor engagement across digital, social and traditional media.
• Advise on market and competitive analysis to inform campaign development and positioning.

As a Trustee, you will support the Board to fulfill its responsibilities for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Charity. Web developers and designers wanted to support East London Waterworks Park in continuing to improve its website and digital infrastructure.

East London Waterworks Park is a volunteer-led charity that has won a 2024 New London Architecture award and raised £2m towards buying land from the Department for Education to transform the 14-acre Thames Water Depot on Lea Bridge Road on the border of Waltham Forest and Hackney, into a new biodiverse park with natural swimming ponds, forest schools and community spaces. 

We are looking for web developers and designers to contribute to our community-led working group who are working on coordinating content and infrastructure for the East London Waterworks Park website. 

There is opportunity to lead on projects across web development and UX and web design, and facilitate the direction of the working group.

The Comms Circle currently meets fortnightly on a Tuesday evening on Google Meet and spends voluntary time outside of the meeting completing agreed tasks remotely.
