About The Role

The Governance Manager is a trusted advisor to the Board of Trustees and the Executive Leadership Team on all governance matters. 

The post holder will manage the day-to-day administration of governance functions.

Essential

  1. Board and Executive Team administrative support
  2. Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  3. Lead the design of the governance framework, policies and procedures
  4. Coordinate Trustee recruitment, appointment and inductions
  5. Coordinate risk management systems and reporting frameworks
  6. Oversee compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Legislation
  7. Maintain all statutory records, registers and governance documentation
  8. Collate and track organisational performance against KPIs
