Role Description:
As a Personal Assistant within the Directors' Support Team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the efficient functioning of the Directorship. This is a volunteer position, requiring a commitment to our mission and a keen desire to contribute to the success of Quilombo UK.

The Professional Development Programme with Quilombo UK runs over a period of 16 weeks, is UNPAID and requires a minimum of 12 hours commitment per week across Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.

1. 2. Secretariat Functions: Act as the primary point of contact for trustees and advisors, managing communications, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring the accurate recording of actions and decisions. 3. Performance Reporting: Lead the development and implementation of a robust performance reporting framework.
