In this exciting and challenging new role, you will be working with colleagues, local partners, communities and businesses to develop and implement the Fundraising strategy for Age UK Milton Keynes. You will source and manage income from a variety of funding streams, including trusts and foundations, corporates and community fundraising, including legacies. We are looking for an experienced, creative and ambitious fundraiser.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research, develop and implement multiyear fundraising strategy and annual plans in order to meet income targets.
• Attendance at events, speaking on panels and pitching to organisations.
• To provide appropriate support to partners and donors by building strong relationships with an exceptional level of customer care so they feel valued and continue to support the charity for many years.
• To ensure efficient use of resources, at all times, to enable further growth in activity and income to achieve targets.
• Develop and create, with support from colleagues and volunteers, PR content for social media and website.
• Ensure accurate data is collected and analysed, and that this is kept accurate, confidential and secure in line with legal requirements and AUKMK’s policies.
• Ensure all the legal requirements for events and community fundraising are in place and adhere to the Fundraising Regulators Code of Fundraising Practice and charity law requirements.
• Always Work within the values and policies of AUKMK.

The Latin American Women’s Rights Service (LAWRS) is a human rights and feminist
organisation led by and for Latin American migrant women in the UK. Our work is dedicated to
supporting the immediate and long-term needs of Latin American migrant women exposed to
violations of their fundamental human rights; facing violence against women and girls,
exploitation or trafficking; enduring difficult living and working conditions in low paid jobs, and
facing barriers to social protection.
The post holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of LAWRS’
policy, advocacy, and communications strategy to tackle the issues affecting migrant women in
the UK labour market, in particular those who are survivors of trafficking and exploitation, and
will work jointly with LAWRS’ policy team and the frontline teams.
This post is open to Latin American women only* in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. We
particularly welcome applications from disabled and LGBTQ+ candidates as they are currently
underrepresented within the team.

We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join Communications Team as we embark on the next phase of our strategy to accelerate awareness, participation and income growth. This role drives the strategic digital communications which play a pivotal role in raising awareness of the Charity’s work.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, this role will oversee our digital marketing strategies, manage our website and create video content to promote our services, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
If you have digital communication and/or marketing experience within the charity or public sector, and at a manager level, then we would like to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will also be highly experienced in website and content management systems, content creation and SEO/SEM. Highly skilled in social media, email marketing systems, scheduling tools, analytics dashboards and tools, CRM, CMS and design suites, they will be an expert in Adobe Creative suite, Canva and other video editing tools. Strong project management and strategic planning skills as well as line manager experience are essential.
